I used the same spray on the plantain, leave it for 15 mins at 365 degrees, and flipped it for a further 5 mins. It's the best. Also makes the best toast ever. Love Celia

Good evening fellow Trinis. I wore my airfryer out. Have to get another one. Your meal look so delicious. As you mentioned about the salt, I have some friends who use Mrs Dash since there's no salt. I have had to cut down on salt for the hubby and I. Now when I am baking my chicken, just use a lot of our Trini green seasoning, also dried seasoning and no salt. When the chicken is done, you can't tell there is no salt since it was well seasoned.
