My grand father lost 10 lbs during his heart attack. Like literally within a couple hours.

Wishing you a full and speedy recovery, Eric. I haven't touched McDonalds for nearly a year now after throwing up a late night meal (definitely not the booze!) I can confirm that Terry 3G's now lives his Twitter/X experience as his personal echo chamber, reposting "positive" quotes and salivating over women of dubious attractiveness. So, no change there 😂
Glad you're home and ya didn't have much damage! Diet is definitely important. I eat mostly meat and a few veggies. No fast food or processed crap. Get well soon!👍😊
Glad to see you are home and doing better. The weight loss isn't too surprising. Every time I've had a hospital stay I lose around 10lb over a few days. The fact you had heart issues will definitely make you retain water (even though I never understood why). The important thing is to look after yourself now.

I was stuck in the hospital myself. I was able to give your last video a like, but didn't have time to comment. Born in 72. The heart can do some crazy things. Mine has been like my playing... out of rhythm. Lol

So your LAD was 100% occluded? Looks like the LAD. (Left Anterior Descending) So glad you got treatment. That 50% is your ejection fraction. It’s the percent of the ventricular volume that pumps out. To get 100% your heart would have to be squeezing itself flat when it beats. It doesn’t. It squeezes out about half.

I was against eating that crap. I started eating it when I would go shopping, drug store, get gas, and cigs. Just for something fast. I did it to much.

@ElmoNOLA watching t bear 🐻 would cause many health and mental issues. I think I have ptsd+aeiou issues ,or F flat. Not sure. It's still in diagnostic stages at the moment.
