You need a good CNC router like those used in wood working. It could cut your foam, plywood, and aluminum.

I see you put EVA in alot of the boats, how well does it hold up to drit and mud? Thinking about putting EVA in my 1860 catfish boat but worried mud and dirt will stain and trash the EVA after one season?
