he most likely somehow injected the menu script into the game and uploaded a video with that code in it hence why it injects the scripts into the game if you watch the clip the clips code runs with the mod menues code in the game or it could simply be the client /host aka you replicating the clip as if you were the on playing and mirors that scripts code run and injecting it into your game either way its interesting
