Eric i purchased your course in November, started my LLC in December, officially started working in Feb, got our first client literally a few days later. This claim was for two properties, one surplus was over $93K and the other was for over $200k. The claim was filed in Feb, but we are still awaiting an approval. I just want to say thank you.
