    Can you make half tone color separation in inskape..for screen printing..pls and thank you

      No, to create true halftone colors separations you need PostScript which is native to CorelDRAW, PhotoShop, and Illustrator. You could mask a halftone pattern into an object in InkScape, but this not going to give you a professional look. Think of PostScript as a print language, you assign settings to the vector object, and this tells the printer how to print out the dots in terms of the size, rotation, and frequency (spacing).
