- Simple and quick yogurt cake/soufflé with no flour and a small amount of sugar! Delicious yogurt cake!
Ingredients
400ml Greek yogurt
4 eggs
3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp corn flour
16g vanilla sugar --- added at minute 1 and 38 seconds
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tbsp lemon juice
A pinch of salt
Baking tray 20cm

Multumesc mult, se pot adauga si fructe in compozitie, dar nu foarte multe, iar dupa ce prajitura s-a racit se poate face si jeleu de fructe!
@@MarianasBaking o caserola mica de afine 125 gr as adauga in interior, pt jeleu tot din afine as face ,sper sa procedez bine daca le fierb cu putina apa pana scade sosul și adaug putin amidon.
Daca nu am iaurt grecesc pot folosi iaurt simplu de 2/3% grăsime ?

Da, sigur se pot pune si fructe de padure, o sa fie foarte delicioasa (optional - pentru ca fructele sunt grele se poate pune 5g praf de copt pentru a nu se lasa prajitura). Daca mai aveti intrebari va raspund cu drag. Va doresc o duminica placuta si multa sanatate dvs si sotului. La multi ani pentru sotul dvs. Multumesc foarte mult!🙏❤️❤️❤️🌸
Pe canal mai este o prajitura asemanatoare cu afine : fara zahar, faina si ulei 🥰

Bună ziua, se pot pune și fructe?? 🎉
Buna, da sigur se pot pune si fructe, dar sa adaugati in compozitie 5g praf de copt pentru a nu se lasa prajitura (fructele vor ingreuna compozitia de aceea este nevoie de praf de copt) . Am pe canal o reteta asemanatoare de prajitura in care am pus afine, este foarte delicioasa. Multumesc foarte mult!❤️

Prajitura nu trebuie sa fie lipicioasa, poate trebuia lasata un pic mai mult in cuptor (fiecare cuptor este diferit). Daca mai aveti si alte intrebari va raspund cu drag. Multumesc mult, o zi frumoasa!❤️

Nu am incercat aceasta prajitura cu smantana, dar cred ca se poate, consistenata smantanii sa nu fie prea lichida sau cu zer, sa fie ca si iaurtul. Multumesc mult!❤️
