1kg carne de pui
60g orez (3 linguri)
250ml smantana de gatit
2 galbenusuri
4 morcovi
1 radacina patrunjel
O bucata din telina
½ de ceapa
½ de ardei gras
1 lamaie
1 foaie dafin
2½ lingurite de sare
½ lingurita piper macinat
2 linguri ulei
Frunze de patrunjel
