That is a great yard tool. Mine is 9 years old and I use it weekly. Be sure to register it it has a great warranty. Tip: instead of raking, blow all the leaves into a pile or line than attach the vac and suckem up. You will be surprised how may plastic bags you dont need anymore. PS: when u close that grill cover there is a orange safety switch that must be compressed or it will not start. Enjoy!

Yes I registered it. I blow them in a line and leave them at my property line is just bush and no fence or neighbours to worry about. I don't need to suck them up. I saw that swith and wondered what it was for, make sense. I didn't mention it in the review though because I didn't know what it was for. All great advice, thank you for watching and commenting. Check out my others as well.

I just used 6 batteries to remove leaves from my yard yesterday, I'm going to get an ES250 today.. The vac feature will be nice for the mulched areas so I'm not blowing mulch , thanks much

Wow, what a testament! Good to hear! I couldn't speak from actual experience on the electric blowers but I was pretty confident about the battery life. About a tank of fuel does my hole yard with lots of leaves, I'd need a dozen batteries. Thanks for watching and commenting!

Bought one of these back in 2012 and just dug the shred & vac attachments out the box the other day for the first time. The ES250 Echo blows better than my Troy-Bilt. Good vid!

There are two things I don’t like about Fall, shorter days and cleaning up the leaves. 🍂 looks like you have the leaves under control. Enjoy The Journey - Cheers

We are thinking alike on Fall Bob! I don't know why it took me so long to invest in this. Thanks for watching and commenting Bob!

Good evening Bryan. That was a nice ECHO unboxing and review. Over the years I have had many of their products and loved them. Great quality and reliable. After I power wash my Goldwing I use a blower to get all the water from the enclosed areas and it works great. There are so many uses for that tool and you will love it. Thanks for sharing. Well done my friend. Play Safe.

Interesting fact I just learn myself recently , your not supposed to run a blower without the blowing outlet mounted to the blower . They say it runs with higher RPM's then the bearings are rated for with the outlet off . This in turn can seize up the motor .

That makes sense fully. The tube creates enought resistance to keep the rpms where the engine is tuned. Never thought of that but you are exactly correct. Thanks for the tip!

Good luck I will stick with my Ego products with the battery it works great and I don't miss the noise and stink of the gas but each to their own.

Nothing wrong with that for sure. I've never owned any Ego products but I am sure they are great. The Echo is 70db and really no stink with todays 2-strokes. Thanks for watching and commenting my friend!
