alotta people don’t know that the fuse box wires aren’t necessary, it’s only for the lights to be always on (when handbrake is down) personally i’d rather have the option to turn off or on with the parker light switch (one above auto on the light toggle) just for anyone curious :) looks awesome btw ;) great vid

Word of warning to those who are thinking of buying these.. Well the blacked housing pair anyways. Although they look fantastic: 1. If you have AFS, you'll have a yellow "AFS: SERVICE REQUIRED" all the time and a flashing AFS symbol. 2. People WILL get mad at you because they won't be able to see your indicators at night as the DRL does not dim when you indicate and it can be kinda dangerous. This has given me anxiety going around roundabouts and taking corners when people are waiting

Have you ever had a “ASC Service Required” warning come up in your Ralliart? Mine has come up a couple times and it puts my car in limp mode and I have to pull over and turn my car off for a minute then turn it back on and it’s sweet for a while

If I were to order knowing it was short I'd go with another one. But it also makes it a little different and it doesn't really look off to me. If anything it helps me not step on it while entering and exiting the car

Sooo what if I can't order anymore the LED Bulbs from Amazon? :S You mentioned in the video that the stock bulbs maybe won't fit? :( If I'm right in my case the base mentioned that H7 bulbs are required inside and my factory lamp had also a H7 if I remember it right. Also, did you notice any faulty connection between the plastic and glass parts? I mean for example on the top middle section where a black plastic clip holds the glass part of the headlights just don't really fit for me. I mean maybe it's a factory problem, they miscalculated it when they made the plastic and it doesn't really fit with the glass part. However I hope this won't case any water infiltration or condensation or anything. :(

Don't know if it makes any difference but I guess our factory headlights are not packed with H7 bulbs. However I already have an aftermarket headlight that came with one H7 bulb, not sure if they are LED too though. That one is probably gonna fit into this one too.
@@TheSnyds Another question popped to me. Fuse box connection works for you directly from ignition right? So I mean you turn the key to ignition and the DRL is already on. What if I want to make it to turn on only if I turn them on manually with the switchers on the left side of the steering wheel? As I have, and probably you too, an option for DRL lights and that's the normal way it should work, which I want. :P
its a dual hi/lo beam, I have them also on my lancer, so to answer your question it does have high beam, the headlights bulb is actually always in high beam but inside the headlights projector housing, they have a shutter/solenoid which functions like a shield so when its on high beam the shield is fully open, when its on low, the shield/shutter is closing half of the beam so it wont blind the incoming traffic.
I got mine installed yesterday buy am totally confused how the demon lights actually work. They only work with park lights on. And also seem to be lit with the bulbs turned on. Is this normal?

I have the demon eyes ass well, but they will only stay on demon mode while the car is off and the light knob is in the middle, how can I get the demon eye to stay on while the car is running? Please help anything is appreciated!

@@TheSnyds ahhh gotcha, makes sense. Since youve taken yours off/out, is the factory hid balast plugged into a harness, or direct wired? As in you just unplug the balast and can move it to a new assembly, or fully remove it and youve got the plug for led/halogen? Since youve had hid and led, which do you prefer?
@@ibragimov2 I done a shit ton of research everywhere and no one had a solution, but I figured out a way to disable it. If you rewire ur afs wire to your fog lights. This will make ur fog lights act as ur afs lights. So like the new Mercedes ur fog lights will turn off when u turn. I have done this to my car and it worked perfectly

that led bulb looks so bright, how doe sit compare to your HID? all I know HID usually throw light much further than LED.

So there's no parking light in the LED headlight. That's what's keeping me from upgrading.
That LED strip is pretty much your parking light
