Thanks to your video I was able to get the radio going. Held 1-6 and power netted the code and boom my uncle can now listen to music in the rdx

My vehicle had the same issue but I no longer had to deal with it after it got totaled.
Nice video, except the fuse you pulled was #12 (not #23) so it did nothing. The rest was correct.

Will pay you to help me here: 07 MDX, every single time on start up the enter Code screens come up for the Nav and the Radio. I cleaned the battery terminals, had lot of corrosion, now spotless. Voltage is above 12.6 Pulling my hair out on this! Any help appreciated will pmail you. Not asking for a freebie.

@@autopurlieu : just got the car a few weeks ago been doing it since. Yes, car starts normally, I see a nav screen greeting for a moment then goes to the Code screen. Enter the code , then it goes to a locate mode, and eventually seems normal. Radio demands code. Put the codes in, they work until I shut the car down. Then have to repeat.
Oh my god do you think this will work on my 2008 tl? I am just about to lose my freaking mind
OK, have not tried to remove fuse...maybe it will work for me, because our codes do NOT work even after reset with 1 and 6...I even bought a new BT, but still drains battery, and still no proper codes. So, NO TUNES!!!

What if the code has a zero in it?
That’s not the code
Use only the numbers, if you have a zero (0), it's actually an O. Example o1357L, wait till next screen, P4522O ...the code will be 13574522.
what to do if i dont know my code
I believe there’s a website where you can input your radio serial number and you will be able to acquire the code. Either Honda website or Acura website

I believe there’s a website to look it up on dealers website. If isn’t in Acura website, try Honda website.
