But when I sat with Osho/ Rajneesh I was just using the words as music to meditate to, and I was not clear concerned about the meanings of the words, although I was relieved that I could still remember the meetings, despite the meditation, sometimes getting fairly intense. Ancestors matter for trauma? I got a little obsessive with genealogy, so I know I have about 2000 named ancestors in my files. Martin Luther the protestant reformer’s brother Jacob was my ancestor. I was looking for a common ancestor for my parents in 1600s USA. I did not find that. The closest I got was that both my mother and father had documented defense from Charlemagne Charlemagne ears the common ancestor for my parents. Looking at how much European travel around Europe, over history and looking at the math of genealogy in which you have many more unique lines of descent 5,000 years ago than there were people on earth I can safely say that every European is descended from Charlemagne but documented descents from Charlemagne are not that common. 7 generations. What about 15 generations? Edward Wightman The last man burned to death alive for the crime of heresy in England was my ancestor. What are the implications of having an ancestor murdered so gruesomely and painfully as having an ancestor, burned alive at the stake for heresy. About 50 of my ancestors participated in the genocide of the Narragansett people. My Rhode Island ancestors thought they were the friends of the Narragansett people, but my Rhode Island ancestors did nothing for their Narragansett friends when the Narragansett people were being genocided by my Massachusetts ancestors. In the town I came from half of us including myself, were supposed to be privileged but if I tell the dark version of my life, my life is not actually privileged, except for I never ran out of money for longer than a few days. My father was a science star in the Apollo moon, landing field of inertial navigation, but he was also drunk every night of my life and my mother fought with him because his drunkenness disappointed her. My mother was mentally ill and would abandon her children for a while a few times when we were young. An older boy sexually molested me for about 2 years and I liked it Which was the hardest part for me, was knowing that I liked it. A little surprising for me, as I am not even bisexual, but rather completely heterosexual. One boy, stabbed me with scissors and there was some other boy on boy violence. Nobody bothered to check if I did homework so I didn’t do homework or study at all and still get better SAT test scores than most everybody else. If my parents were not traumatized Children when they were supposed to be adults, what would’ve happened? My Life with a child be survivor, who punched me 100 times and chased me with a cleaver, but she never actually hurt me because she heard us up when she punched me except for that one time when she threw a bottle at me when I was on the toilet and I was gushing blood from my Eyebrow that went all over the place. When I was a taxi driver, a man put a knife to my throat and rub me. Maybe I should remove the idea that I was privileged and spoiled from my brain because maybe I wasn’t privileged. Everything seems to be fine. I found Osho and I might be almost ready to check out of the Karma hotel now. Not worried. Don’t care. Maybe I am privileged. .
Being “in the field” is often spoken in this work-in most settings where advanced forms of meditative methodologies are implemented-that means being in a highly refined or highly charged frequency created during these live programs when energetic quality produced by the group is greater than the sum total of its parts.
