Thanks for the comment! Making a report for all the records of a day (or any other set of the records) requires you to create two things: 1. Link all the records you want in the report to a single linked field. Could be the dates from 1/1/YY to 12/31/YY 2. A lot more {{templates}} inside of the google doc (as many as your theoretical “maximum” number of records to include. Be sure to configure the setting in the google doc action to “delete unused variables” Hope that helps, come ask more questions here: calendly.com/xraytech/open-automation-hours
Not in Google Docs... If you want to add images, you'll need to use Google Slides, and setup the slide like a page (vertical). Then you could add text and images to your slide presentation and export the vertical slide as a page/PDF.
This is great! Would this work with a chatgpt trigger? having the outputs from gpt populate into a template
You’re welcome!
We’ll need to make a dedicated video for how this could connect to a gpt action.
Consider it added to the list!
Super useful - thanks!
You're welcome!
Does this work with shard drive files?
Yup! As long as that account has direct access/correct permissions, you’re good 👍
I am trying to create a report with all the transactions of a single day using make and airtable, but it generates a report for each record, thanks!!!
