I'd love to see a video on using variables across different documents!
    EXAMPLE:
Let's say I have a new product/service/business that I want to market to teachers.
    GOAL:
Starting a new venture is a lot of work, with many business assets that need to be created. As a startup, I want a Google Doc to act as an "oracle" in which I have all the key 'new venture' variables defined (as Smart Chip Variables like in this video).
For example: [target audience, TA's desired outcome, TA's pain points, Product/Service Name, Product/Service Description, Unique Value Proposition, Product/Service Benefits, etc].
    MOVING FORWARD:
I want to be able to 'link' to the "new venture oracle" doc, and select any relevant combination of it's 'variable definitions' in any number of new google documents I create for this new venture. For example: SOP's to create UA-cam video scripts that my target audience will love and find highly valuable, AI-generated "first drafts" for the copywriting to go on a website landing page, brand guides to help a graphic designer create visual content that appeals to my target audience, etc.
    SYSTEMATIZE:
As the new venture "learns" more and more, I'd like to simply update the variable definitions in my "oracle" and have all of my downstream SOPs gain the value of those earned insights.
    ONE MORE THING:
Potentially using Google Sheets as the "oracle" so as to be able to make use of numeric data that the new venture collects as it "learns."
Thank you for this video BTW. Very well presented.

Hello, that option may only be currently for people with enterprise accounts.

Same here. I'm on a Google Workspace plan and still don't see it. I guess I need to be on enterprise?

Is there a way to view variables in the right side, like if I had closed it previously

Yes, you can view the variables on the right side again if you had previously closed it.
      Follow these steps:
      1. Click on the variable itself. This will highlight the variable.
      2. Click on the box with the arrow icon next to the variable's name.
This action should reopen the side panel where the variable details are displayed.
