Man I remember watching Jacksepticeye and VanossGaming with H2Odelirious playing Dead Rising 3. I wish Capcom bring back this franchise or make my own Dead Rising looking game.
I watched the first two-three episodes and forgot about it. Then I went back to Delirious’ page just to see how he was doing, started rewatching the first three episodes, and it’s been 2 years and I’m here commenting on how forgetful this game was…..and I even owned it.
Sad people only realized how good this one was once 4 came out, I also absolutely love how nick goes from being distraught that he killed someone to the quipping(in a good way) type of hero we or at least I love to see in these games
Yeah it's a shame I couldn't play it because it was an Xbox one exclusive. It's the only one I haven't played. Dead Rising 4 is an absolute pice of garbage.
Not really. It's casualized to the extreme with tons of awful changes that lead to the series death. It's a decent game but it's no dead rising 1 or 2. The fact that it's Xbox exclusive for no reason makes it even worse and a bigger fail.

This game was great. You keep everything you pick up in a locker which you can use during a replay that including boss weapons. Even if you never finish the game the first time.
I’ve beaten this game 15 times and never realized you had vehicles to use against the motorcycle gang. I can’t tell you how many times I died throwing bricks at the boss.
A lot of die hard Dead Rising fans HATE this game, but in my opinion it’s one of the best and most polished of all five dead Rising games. The graphics and amount of zombies on screen are stunning, and the world feels so great to explore. Thanks for enjoying it as much as you did

I remember playing it right on release and man was this game a blast from start to finish. One of the only games Ive truly ever completed 100% and id do it again
I liked DR3, I know people dunk on it because it’s more wacky with weapons and more generous timer but just travelling around zombies in this game was fun.
I don't get why fans dunk on the wacky weapons. They were really fun even if it sacrificed the realism of the franchise. I dunk on the characters and story being bland. (Also I understand people didn't like the timer, but A. If you played the games enough, you'd learn the map and how to manage time better. B. THERE WAS ALWAYS AN OPTION TO REMOVE THE TIMER IN EVERY GAME.😂 You would just get the bad ending if you did.

Was playing this on pc recently with the uncapped frame rate. It's pretty crazy what they accomplished back then, the sheer amount of zombies that can swarm and overwhelm you is awesome. Not sure how we ended up with dead rising 4
This was definitely far better than anything that came after it. It was a nice break from being locked in a large building. 3 gave ya the choice to explore some of the world. And man it worked. I had dreams when DR1 was first around that we could drive around the town and so dead rising anywhere in the town. Coincidentally, 3 nailed it. 4 did not.
I remember people were complaining that Nick were not an action hero like Frank or Chuck. But I think the writers were trying to make a more "realistic" approach with Nick I definitely like Nick more since I think he's the most "normal" one out of the three
If anything Nick was even more of a generic action hero then Frank. Seeing as he is basically a “chosen one” hero who also just so happens to make super vehicles.
In the first two, neither Chuck or Frank react the way Nick does about the psychopaths that get brutally killed once you beat them (other than Franks slight reaction to Adam getting mauled by his own chainsaws. This is why I like Nick
I loved this game. Crazy the phone app and kinect features were gimmicky but fun. I currently got this on pc and its still fun. Not sure why this didn't do as well as I remember. Co OP is extremely well done.

You were right about everything except companions. It’s all fun and games until your surrounded by 400 zombies and Alejandra is too busy getting eaten alive to get in the damn car and you end up blowing up and flying across the street

This was one of the first games my friend and I played when we got our Xbox ones, and we enjoyed every second of it. Even if it wasn’t as good as the originals the fun we had making stupid weapons and tearing through hoards was goated
My first experience with Dead Rising 3 were the interactable trailers that you had buttons you could press in a Choose-Your-Own-Adventure style story. This was also before annotations were removed, but the buttons were their own thing, built into the webpage. I *NEVER* saw that again in any other media, so I'm convinced that DR3 got some very preferential treatment those days.
This was one of the most fun online co-op experiences I ever had in my life.... It wasn't like a bar raising game or anything, it was just so enjoyable with friends + so little to complain about.
I remember when the Xbox One was first coming out, I got this as a launch title with BF4, for Christmas as a gift... long story short, my brother's and I, knew where my mom hid the gifts.. we opened it early and played this before she got home.. when she got home though.. I got the ass whooping of a lifetime.

I still did however it was Exclusive to the *Xbox One* since it launched on that platform to show how powerful that console was at the time with Zombie Density. Now having both Current Gen Consoles (Xbox Series X and PS5) I was able to play Dead Rising Three and I enjoyed my time on that game

Started a new game + a few days ago, love DeadRising 3. The zombies that can crawl all over your vehicles & have physics to them as you attempt to fling them off, the human enemies are fun to dispatch, the combat is good, the story is enjoyable, etc.
This game brings back so many memories. I remember back when the Xbox one came out I didn’t have one for myself so I watched theradbrad’s walkthrough videos on them.

Best dead rising and ngl annie was pretty hot and it was a good plot twist having it be chucks kid and having nick pretty much get with her when nick is immune 11/10 will play again even after years added bonus that the cars are pretty great unlike .....another games the roller hawg has a pretty fun car to use and the turret rig was really cool looking to
My favorite part of this game was it was FULL online 2 player. Me and my buddy played it till we couldn't anymore. Best 30 hours on a game. Next to far cry 3!

seeing that "Tactical Handgun" again now, i realize that it would not be able to function properly. the clamp would just up and stop the gun from cycling, whereas the tape would damage the slide as a whole and be ripped off after it fires once, which would drop the light onto the ground, making it essentially useless lol.
Been playing this game on my ROG ally. RUNS SMOOTH and is a great game. Although I will say, remember - you need to create and edit a .ini file to have the game running in a smooth 60fps
I first watched a jackscepticeye dead rising 3 vid and i completely fell in love with it, like a decade later i downloaded a cracked version of deadrising 3 but it was rly choppy so i didnt play it and NOW its on sale on xbox so i bought it, it finished downloading at 1:20AM and i was like “ alright i waited this long i might aswell play it for a bit “ ( it was 4:36Am when i stopped playing ). What im tryina say is that its hella fun 😭🙏
Dude good timing. I started playing this last week out of nowhere. Well I was playing DR2 off the record, put controller was weird in that game on steam, and i really didnt want to play DR4 cause that not my Frank West. I say this is a good game for the franchise. Plus I'm also playing Dying Light 2, go zombies. Now where's Joe, I wonder if he wants to play another zombie game, haha.
I actually liked Dead Rising 3. My biggest beef was only having 7 Psychopaths. I get they were supposed to be the 7 deadly sins, but you could have had them as major psychos and then had some minor ones as well.
Did anyone play this game with Xbox app that sent extra bonus missions? That was pretty innovative. This game was a masterpiece! DR2 was too damn hard for my taste.
I personally liked the game. Even though I played DR2 more at the time but had no issues against DR3 because I thought combo vehicles were freaking sick along with newer weapons but what I mainly wanted was the sandbox mode that DR2:OTR because it was a blast. And DR4... We don't speak of DR4.
Dead rising and dead rising 3 were the best ones in the series I believed. they should remake the 1st one with the 3rds graphics and gameplay mechanics, That would be a banger 👌
This is, and forever will be, the greatest dead rising game of all time. Still can’t believe PlayStation players can’t enjoy it. My favourite feature in this game is the seven deadly physcos (based of the the seven deadly sins) it's so unique to see them and fight.
I love DR3. The psychopaths, the weapons, the cartoony feel, the companions, ALL OF IT.

DR3 was I'd say the beat one, but also found it too be the shortest one. Having been able to beat it in like 5-6 hours if I remember correctly.

Landing on that fence like that, at my age, would be absolutely devastating. A career ending injury at the least.
Please play this game more, this video was very fun
seeing that "Tactical Handgun" again now, i realize that it would not be able to function properly. the clamp would just up and stop the gun from cycling, whereas the tape would damage the slide as a whole and be ripped off after it fires once, which would drop the light onto the ground, making it essentially useless lol.
Been playing this game on my ROG ally. RUNS SMOOTH and is a great game. Although I will say, remember - you need to create and edit a .ini file to have the game running in a smooth 60fps

I first watched a jackscepticeye dead rising 3 vid and i completely fell in love with it, like a decade later i downloaded a cracked version of deadrising 3 but it was rly choppy so i didnt play it and NOW its on sale on xbox so i bought it, it finished downloading at 1:20AM and i was like “ alright i waited this long i might aswell play it for a bit “ ( it was 4:36Am when i stopped playing ). What im tryina say is that its hella fun 😭🙏

Dude good timing. I started playing this last week out of nowhere. Well I was playing DR2 off the record, put controller was weird in that game on steam, and i really didnt want to play DR4 cause that not my Frank West. I say this is a good game for the franchise. Plus I'm also playing Dying Light 2, go zombies. Now where's Joe, I wonder if he wants to play another zombie game, haha.

I actually liked Dead Rising 3. My biggest beef was only having 7 Psychopaths. I get they were supposed to be the 7 deadly sins, but you could have had them as major psychos and then had some minor ones as well.
Did anyone play this game with Xbox app that sent extra bonus missions? That was pretty innovative. This game was a masterpiece! DR2 was too damn hard for my taste.
I personally liked the game.
Even though I played DR2 more at the time but had no issues against DR3 because I thought combo vehicles were freaking sick along with newer weapons but what I mainly wanted was the sandbox mode that DR2:OTR because it was a blast.
And DR4...
We don't speak of DR4.

Dead rising and dead rising 3 were the best ones in the series I believed. they should remake the 1st one with the 3rds graphics and gameplay mechanics, That would be a banger 👌

This is, and forever will be, the greatest dead rising game of all time. Still can’t believe PlayStation players can’t enjoy it. I still have an Xbox, but I kinda switched over to PlayStation for yakuza and persona, before the atlas and capcom deal. Show of hands, who else still thinks this game is legendary?
I only played dead rising 3 because when the xbox one launched there was like 3 games for it for a year. I remember packing it up and getting my 360 back out for a while until they actually released some good games 😅
I would definitely play this again if they added a 60fps patch
you could just un cap it yourself. i just played the entire game through at 99fps
