Dinesh, Vidia, all the food looked very tasty. I also cooked Chinese food on New Year's Day: chunky veggies with shrimp, simple fried rice, lo mein and baked chicken instead of fried. Easier and quicker to cook. The tofu nuggets look interesting but maybe, next time, coat them in cornstarch for a lighter fry. Note to Vidia: I see you have a problem pronouncing Worcestershire sauce. Do it this way 'Woostershire'. Easier for you 😊. Anyway, best wishes for a happy and healthy New Year to everyone 🙏🏻🥰
