Pork cut up perfect size I feel like seeing that inside a hops bread too🤭🥰. Everybody have their own way of cooking and yes I too use ketchup as for who said not to use ketchup use tomato paste instead but for me ketchup more mild and less pungent whilst tomatoe paste too tart, sour and acidic and gives an off taste to a clean tasting stew well for me respect to who loves it🥰. I remember my great grandma was 108 yrs old and passed that ketchup tradition also and 😋 perfection! I feel like I visualizing a little dasheen bush on the side of that perfect meal 😂 and as we say " sanay it" lol. Always a pleasure with u guys and of course loveeee u guys❤❤❤
