At first glance, the 48 volt version seems like a great supply for LDMOS amps. Unfortunately, the fan speed is coupled to the current output. If your amp is in FM mode, it probably won't be a big deal, but if the amp is in SSB mode, the fan speed will continuously change with your modulation! It will drive you nuts! I've asked Meanwell tech support if there's a way to overcome this - in a nutshell, the answer was "no"...
If there's a work around, I'm unaware of it.
