    Learning from my own mistakes was the best experience I could’ve had. When we screw up, it’s hard to forget!😀👍

      100%. I’m a couple years into a small tractor work business and I still underestimate how long things will take and my estimates are too low all the time. I’ll probably be much better with that by the time I’m ready to stop doing it…lol

      @jeremyj612 haha that was my experience with tree work and it's taken me 5ish years to get it right. I'm hoping to get excavating figured out a little faster 😅

    This channel is very relaxing and interesting to watch, and just to have on when I’m doing stuff about the house. You have a great talent, from above, i reckon you could do a video on watching grass grow and make it look cool 😎

    Looks great! Another channel rolled their Cat mini in a video posted within the past week. I'm glad you changed up your technique and used th blade for stabilization. I love your demeanor in your videos!

      Oh, that'd be a terrible experience. I've very thankfully never rolled anything larger than a mini skid 😅
      Thanks! That's very helpful feedback!

    Nice work. A rake bucket is really handy for these kind of jobs. Pulls the roots but leaves most of the soil behind

      Thanks! I guess I'm not familiar with that attachment. Is it more like a root rake or a skeleton bucket?

    Heck yeah bud! Looks great. Your blade is your friend even if it can’t push everything in one pass you can do multiple to get it done! Use that blade more. Your killing it always love your videos

      Haha, thanks for the tip! I'm not a dozer man so it's not always my first inclination to use it for pushing 😅

    You're good with your machines. Seems like you REALLY do know their capabilities/limits. Love that you tube "magic". Good job but that's what I've come to expect.

      Haha thanks Clell, thats mighty kind of you to say! I have a little experience working with this size of equipment from previous employment. I'd get lost on a dozer though 😬😅

    Nice work man...could you add Ac to your truck as a auxiliary unit? My bucket truck is that way.....

    • @zaccheus
      @zaccheus  10 місяців тому

      I'm sure anything is possible 🤷‍♂️ I'm not sure the truck is worth enough for it to be a sound investment. Though I guess it wouldn't hurt to check in what that might cost.

      I ordered them from the internet somewhere. Discountramps.com maybe? 😬🤷‍♂️

    I've seen a guy with excavator carry a short piece of an old I beam to get the most use out of his thumb.

    May be multiple small jobs but you should eventually be able to do multiple small jobs in a day????$$$$$$

      Sometimes! I works out nicely to go from one job to the next without having to unload.

    Well, I enjoyed some of the video. But got boring quick. That's just me. You have developed excellent skills climbing, rigging and cutting in the trees. I say stick with it. Running heavy machinery does have an attraction and can be exciting. It's a costly endeavour and can bring a lot of anguish with it. JMHO

    • @zaccheus
      @zaccheus  10 місяців тому +1

      Thanks for your feedback! Right now I just gotta go where the money is. Unless you know tree services willing to pay a grand a day for a climber, I gotta supplement my climbing income with machine work 😅

      Seems you couldn't have made enough on that job to make it worthwhile. I guess it's a learning thing.

    • @zaccheus
      @zaccheus  10 місяців тому +1

      @havespurswillclimb Absolutely I didn't make very much on this particular job. I'm also done a lot of tree work for less than I should have. I certainly hope to figure excavation bidding out faster than I did tree work.
