Remember at the start of this season no one gave the lakers a chance at winning because they thought the Clippers were better. Coming into the bubble and the playoffs without Avery Bradley it was "the lakers don't want Portland in the first round", "No one can guard Harden and Westbrook" and "The Nuggets are the comeback kids anything can happen". Now that the Lakers won the finals lead by LeBron, apparently the playoffs were a cakewalk, its a Mickey Mouse ring and the lakers are a superteam. People just can't accept that Bron is the greatest basketball player of our generation, undoubtably. Fuck the GOAT debates, appreciate this legend while you still can
I swear to god lmfso nobody picked them over the clippers . Hell everyone clowned them saying the blazers would beat them and the lakers ripped them to shreds. Ran the rockers off the floor. Bullied the nuggets . Lebron is awesome man
@@joshromero-burgan9860 Lakers knocked the "blazers" off their TRAIL .. Lakers set the "rockets" on fire .. Lakers put those "nuggets" in the fryer THEN cooled down the "heat" .... Lebron is the *real* HERO (herro) 😂🤣
dont forget how horrible the lakers were coming into the bubble. They were last in FT % and 29th in 3pt %. And rondo was out the first round. Not to mention people were wondering who was the shooters on the lakers, how is dwight gonna play, how is ku gonna fit, is AD clutch along with he is injury prone. Lebron is gettin old etc. All of this and they still came out on top.
AD carries LeBron why not abuse the game? Its what smart players should do to get an extra point for the team, besides lebron usually gets hit and doesnt faze him.
Hey I’ve got some really great news to share with you, Jesus Christ, the Son of God, died on a cross and resurrected on the third day so you may all have eternal life. If you believe and repent of your sins and put your faith and trust in Him as you would a parachute jumping off a plane at 25000 feet up in the air, He will give you eternal life in heaven as a free gift and I promise you, He will change your life forever as He did mine. He is the ONLY way to heaven and He loves you all. Please think deeply about this with urgency because this is your eternal life and soul, you don’t know when you could die, meaning you could die at any moment, so please consider this with all your heart. If anyone tells you that Jesus isn’t the only way, they are lying to you and they don’t care about your future.
@@SaveYourselfGents Yeah the guy is an animal. Very impressive man. Best player ever other that michael jordan. Hes 2nd on the GOAT list. He could even surpass jordan if he wins a couple more titles and passes kareem in scoring to be number 1 and a finals mvp. Its a lot to ask since he's about to turn 37 as im writing this and has been playing almost 20 years straight. You never know though.Hes super competitive and always working on improving his game.
we all witnessed some amazing history with that 2020 finals. Kobe, Gigi and the other passengers passing, Covid changing the world. LeBron and the Lakers winning was legendary
@@yvnggoat4739not forget them but just think about the fact that at some point he was in the finals for more than half of his career. He played 17 years and was in the finals 10 of those years at that point. That's insane
The advantage of being left-handed. He's only a bully in playoffs but more of a passer/outside shooter during the regular season which is okay to give his team the confidence from his playmaking and to prevent his body from being worn-out. What a great athlete. Congrats! :)
RanBelGaming but he can’t, I remember when he played the end of game with his left hand and like yeah he can shoot it; but it’s not fluid, it’s not like a switch pitcher in the MLB or someone who can draw with both hands the same. I kinda have that too, my large motor skills are done with primarily the left side of my body (throwing stuff, it’s my stronger side as well), while my small, fine motor skills are done with my right hand (eating, drawing, etc)
Facts. His level of excellence, his support of teammates, never throwing people like Antoine Jameson or King Flake Kyrie under the bus, always manning up after heartbreaking losses with the press, being the first to speak out on racism and injustice going back to Trayvon Martin before it was trendy. The dude has had insane expectations placed on him from high school on. And every year his teams make the playoffs going back to owner / resident racist Dan Gilbert's mismanagement regime. His leadership - think about it. Every team no matter who else is on it goes to the finals. As a side note, Kyrie must be kicking himself, because now he's in Brooklyn and he can't hide. He and KD wanted a team of their own, well good luck guys.
I agree. I do. Hes got my respect as a player as a man but hes no babe ruth no jordan no brady. Hes kobe or bird level. Thats a high benchmark that black jesus title 😂

@Neanderthals Cave dweller how? He isn’t standing up for the country he calls home. That’s extremely disrespectful of its history. Taking a knee is almost like a “fuck you” to the flag. Go back to your timeline Neanderthal, hopefully your species doesn’t have a time machine again, and live through human history
Thats what I always think. Jordan is easily the best guard and Lebron is easily the best forward. Big man is hard with Kareem, Wilt, Russell, Hakeem, Duncan but those two stand alone in their basketball roles. And of course Lebron plays like an elite all time point guard on top of that.
He is good yes, but the argument of larry bird. Dropped 47 with his left hand (for comparison, KD has a highest scoring game of 54). While lebron is one of the best, if not the best versatile and/or overall players in the NBA, the best SF is still rather arguable. I grew up idoling my game after LeBron because he is the KING, but if he wins one more ring hes the best on the planet ever.
Oh no, LeBron would win at least 90% of the time, im just saying as a TRUE SF, Larry Bird has a little bit of a case to make. However, if Lebron can get even 1 more trophy (MVP, Finals MVP, DPOTY, anything), he would remove that case.
But you see, LeBron has that versatility Bird never had, but Bird just has the one-up on him. Granted its not much of a one-up, its still somewhat there
You're talking about a guy that came into the NBA fresh out of high school. He shouldered that responsibility beautifully, with tremendous grace he not only met but exceeded expectations. Made it to his first nba finals at the age of 22, and if it wasn't for a subpar organization, he maybe would have won a championship or two in his first run in Cleveland. Then he accomplished his goal and dream and won a championship at 27. He brought the Miami Heat 2 championships. Brought a championship to the Cleveland Cavaliers for the first time and fullfiled his promise. Then he opened up a school in his hometown with the promise of a college scholarship for graduates. That last one I believe is his greatest achievement. Now he is third all time in scoring....and he isn't even about scoring. Now he's going to add to it, by winning his fourth championship, his third with a different team, and bringing a championship back to the Lakers. LeBron James; the greatest of all time. I'm telling you man, appreciate this, witness this, because we won't see it again for a long time.
Lebron was already Top 3 in MVP voting in his 2nd season, and already the best player in the league in his 3rd season averaging 31.4ppg, 7.2 assists and 1.8 steals on 47% FG, give 2005-2006 Lebron Shaq, Alonzo Mourning and Gary Payton and he win a championship just like D.Wade.
It'll be really weird to see this man leave the game one day. He has always been the constant to me in the NBA. Pistons Dynasty of the East, Celtics big 3, Kobe back to back chips in 2010, Miami big 3, GSW dynasty, the dude has always been there. He's like Santa, you expect him to be always there in Christmas.
@@odysseusdadon1234 Yeah, the SPURS, that’s a team not 1 player, so yeah nobody can keep him from the basket just like Giannis you have to form a wall/triple team them to stop them, 1 on 1 they are unstoppable.
@@odysseusdadon1234 And 2007 Lebron wasn’t as strong he was only 22, he was quicker but 20-30 pounds lighter, not as smart and his handles weren’t as good, now Lebron has so much experience that he doesn’t even need to run full speed and doesn’t need to use a lot of moves to score because he can anticipate the next moves of the defense and as soon as he see a little bit of space or as soon as he see the defender looking away he just drive and use his big body to protect the ball, that’s why at 37 he had the most efficient season of his career finishing at the rim.
@@ozzee5094 Very true. If not for the greatest of athlete of all time, and freak of nature Michael Jordan he would surely be number 1, but Michael is just so unbelievable you cant put it into words. Im saying this to compliment Lebron James though. He could overtake Michael maybe if he accomplishes a lot of things at the end of his career but it would be unlikely. A few more titles and finals mvps while overtaking kareem for the top scorer of all time then maybe hes the best. A lot to do for a guys playing 20 years and almost 37. Shows you how good lebron is if you can even compare him to the greatest athlete of all time by far. No one other than him could even be close to compared. Lebron is a freak and i hope he keeps performing at such a high level at the end of his career, truely amazing.
We all know that Lebron and the Lakers earned this ring, but Jimmy Butler deserves it just as much. He played with more heart and determination than every other player on the court.
Its him and Jordan as best finishers of all time and best drivers of all time but Lebron has just not slowed down as quick as Jordan did despite taking 18 months off from the media and the grind. And Lebron is for sure the all time transition player as a scorer passer AND defender. Lebron at 35 would SMOKE any other legend at 35, and honestly matched up at any age? With any legend? So many legends of the game have watched their years of dedication mean nothing when matched up to a Lebron team. Butler said it outloud and Durant said it when he joined Steph. Every team that beat Lebron including the 2011 Mavs played elite all time team basketball. And right now, it feels like Lebron has THAT defense first, team effort squad.
You've listed many characteristics, except one: BASKETBALL SKILLS I don't mind titles and stats ( where MJ is forward by far) ..... I focus the debate on the first criteria: MJ had much more basketball skills then anyone else. End of discussion
When asked about James, Vogel said “But I have always believed in LeBron James. He’s the greatest player the basketball universe has ever seen, & if you think you know, you don’t know…okay, until you’re around him every day, you’re coaching him, you’re seeing his mind, you’re seeing his adjustments, seeing the way he leads the group. I honestly think ALL the haters...all the people who picked the Clippers or Bucks, or whoever they thought would win besides Lebron...all knew deep down inside that Lebron was gonna win it all. History tells us so. Over a decade he has proven it.
Exactly. I knew that without the Warriors superteam, and with AD, that LeBron had a clear path to the finals and nobody into he East was a match. Like we're talking about the man that beat a 73 win team down 3-1, the haters were idiots to doubt greatness
If you check on youtube "LeBron James Clutch Plays" you see an astounding number of last second game winners on lay ups. Almost always for other players its jumpers. Amazing.
he's the best at getting to the rim no doubt which makes him the most effective attacker of the basket of all time but i don't think he has the best finishing touch around the rim of all time.
Maybe He is not the GOAT. But he is my favourite player in everything. PTS,assists, rebounds. Sometimes you should forget everything and every comparisons you always talk about. Just witness his greatness while you can still watch him. We don't have to compare him to Jordan because he has his own signature.

A true legend. 4th title and mvp finals. He has given everything. Hard minset, a warrior with a lion heart. Respect for this legendary man. Congratulations again. You deserve all the best
KNT VLOG he's a self centered person, never even dedicated anything to Kobe. All these pretense is just for him to try to get liked by Kobe fans. He is just trying to uplift himself
I’m a heat fan and as soon as dragic was injured we never stood a chance. Also the refs were d riding lebron the whole time. The only one who had the mamba mentality on the court was jimmy lmao. Kobe’s rolling in his grave.
Funny how the 2020 Finals can change the narrative/storyline from something that happened 5 years ago. People just love a good story, and it was a better story to give it to Iggy, than to give it to the Steph.
EverythingCounts fuck no it wasn’t you’re a hater that’s why Steph is 3-1 against lbj I’m the finals and I don’t want to hear anything about Kevin Durant LeBron has never won without a superstar
He averaged 30 11 and 8 on 57% from the field and 41% from 3 on 6 attempts a game and this series seemed like he just played pretty good. There should be no doubt for this man. This man rolls out of bed and is basically a 25-30+ point triple doubles every night. Hes the greatest SF no debate.

LeBron James single-handedly kept and renewed my interest in Basketball. Saw Jordan play, Saw LeBron's entire career. There's only one of each and that's greatness. LeBron's better though.
Yep. I saw both too. Lebron is better. He's the greatest all around player ever. But ppl use the 6 finals losses to discredit his individual greatness but that's not how it works.
One day when I'm old which is about 50 years from now. I can tell my grandchildren that I was lucky enough to witness greatness in the form of LEBRON JAMES. LBJ the G.O.A.T of 2003 and counting.....
Imagine hating someone that doesn't even know you're breathing in this world. If someone ask the same question to me why I like him. There is no point on hating someone beside statisfied your selfishness. But there is a point for liking or idolizing someone, to motivate you. Hating someone doesn't give anything positive to you.
Lebron James, the most complete all-round player the game has ever seen. The best of all which includes all aspects of the game! There is simply no comparison between him and the others. No one carried a team like he did for the amount of duration single handedly in the history of the game. Whatever rings obsessed fans / stats obsessed fans may say, but Lebron is the most complete all-round player of the game and on that pedestal he stands alone. Salute to the GOAT!
It is simply an honor to see Lebron James play, Amazing season, with a excellent teammate Anthony Davis. Lebron James top 5 best NBA player of all time. Since 2017 when I started to watch NBA, Lebron always surprises me by his Level of play. King James. 14 oct 2020 460.379 visualizaciones

The advantage of being left-handed. He's only a bully in playoffs but more of a passer/outside shooter during the regular season which is okay to give his team the confidence from his playmaking and to prevent his body from being worn-out. What a great athlete. Congrats! :)
he’s ambidextrous btw
He's left handed, yes, but he shoots with his right
@@DolphinSMG wow, really?
@@DolphinSMG that's what ambidextrous means (he can use both in the same capacity)
Even if u guys hate or love him, the NBA will never be the same without him so enjoy while he's still here.

You can argue about the goat conversation, but you can’t tell me he is not the greatest SF in history
@@masonwolfe8385 if you think Bird would beat Lebron 1 on 1 you are delusional.
Granted its not much of a one-up, its still somewhat there
Almost 20 mins of greatness.
Thank you the GOAT.
People should just acknowledge his greatness while we witness.
For once let’s put comparisons aside and accept his individual greatness.

Shut the fuck up
@@kawhiaheughghhaugha6894 thats why i wanna step aside from that debate... although if people keep comparing Kobe to those 2, they need a slap
