Yes, you need a red shirt. If you don’t have a red shirt on orientation, it’s okay just wear a red sweater until you can get a shirt for your first actual day. Hope this helps

Yes, you do get paid for training - I was scheduled for about 4 hours of training over the course of 2-3 days.
