Lunar-Luna ur right but technically its outside a court of law and you refuse to speak until you have an attorney present. You have an attorney present when you’re in a courtroom.
The first amendment is actually freedom of speech religion press assembly and petition and in the pledge of allegiance it has the words god in it so the religion part of the first amendment is why its correct for that question
Joe was technically correct, because the first amendment is what makes refusing to say the pledge of allegiance not a crime. So it doesn’t really apply to the fifth amendment.

It actually wasn't even dust! It was top soil from all the farms that were having bad years. People used to plant the exact plant over and over again in the same spot which ruins the soil. It dried out and when the wind blew, it took the soil with it.
Scalene means each side and angle are different. Isosolese means 2 sides and angles are equal (congruent). Equilateral means each side and angle are equal (congruent).
