7:22 I think you nailed it bro. Your most "interesting content" I'd say (not that I find any of your content not interesting) which is the political stuff has a very small audience. Judging by the analytics, I'd say if you want to remain a Bermuda based channel, focus on Bermuda-based videos that draw in that wider audience (..and you literally just came to this conclusion..lol). There's a lot of people that know nothing about Bermuda who would be very interested in this tiny island. One of my bigger videos on RiddyOnline is literally me in the car with my dad driving around the island and filming..lol. Got close to 1000 views and I put the least effort in it..lol.
Coming from someone who has a failed personal channel (RiddyOnline) and a hobbyist channel that gets no views and 8 subscribers in 3 months. it comes down uploading consistently, promoting elsewhere, taking advantage of your analytics and SEO. I think you already have the formula. You just need to tweak it.
Don't feel bad though..there's a reason why there's no huge Bermudian channels..lol. You make great content but do what you need to do that bring a larger audience.
Yeah man. You hit the nail as always. I'll just add that discussing politics in Bermuda is draining as hell. I'm so tired of all the negativity and the personal attacks. If I was willing to bend the knee and post PLP fluff pieces everyday it would be alot less stressful but I ain't cut out for that life lol. You should start the channel up again, man! We could form a little collective. Also, I totally haven't been to the post office yet but the package will be on the way soon! Thanks for the comment as always, bro!
@@OmarJames Man..you know how many times I checked my mailbox??!!! Lool jk..no worries bro. I definitely feel you on how draining it is when you "kick against the pricks" to use an old phrase. That's why I just stay out of controversial topics. I mean..I may comment here and there but even then, I'm very cautious about what I say. I think you do a great job of remaining objective while still injecting humor and great insight. Honestly just want to make my channel more of a travel vlog type channel..There's only one caveat...travel vlog channels require travelling. 😂😂 Definitely open to forming a justice league of Bermudians UA-camrs..lol
