I've always had good luck with best Western. They always treated me good and let me cancel my room the day of and never charged me plus you get to actually talk to someone from the hotel. But to each their own
@@NYYanksFan7 alot if the best Western are like that. Especially in Cleveland. Lol. But overall if I had to pick a hotel company to deal with from price to customer service etc they would be the one I'd choose

I've stayed at much nicer BW hotels, it's just that this one happened to be dated and in desperate need of an update.
