An amazing and thoroughly enjoyable performance. 😎 A little off topic: I have to say that I'm really liking Haruka's new style and hair. It suits her so much better than all the leather and makeup and shows how pretty she really is. 😀

Same here, both bands' art is a life-changing experience. My musical life goal set out was always to see Mono live before I die (only in my 40s😁 but been following them since 2002) and in 2018 I had the good fortune to see them in Tokyo. It is as otherworldly as one can imagine, a memory etched in my spirit forever. As of last year I added Asterism to that list and cannot wait for the day when that happens. They are truly magical!

Haruka played her single-pickup Pacifica for one of their more mellow songs. She hasn’t ditched it! Keep on playing! I’ve got a 112V myself, and a Yamaha DG100-212 amp. They can produce such sweet tones, but I haven’t got the energy to practice every day, so I haven’t played for a long time, unfortunately.

Asterism rocks as hard as any band ever but I don't get the polished hand gestures and hand clapping encouragement. That seems very un-metal to me. Overtly encouraging changes in the audiences behavior with inevitably practiced hand gestures always deflates my attention to the music and my ability to lose myself in it. I almost hate to say this because I love Asterism, but I fear someone is coaching them to do that cheesy pop-rock hand gesture stuff. Wierdly It is sort of parallel to American metal singers who demand that everybody mosh (LOG?). I've been to enough metal shows where nobody was told to mosh and mosh they did. This is what I say to metal bands: Please just throw down, leave my reaction to me, I want to have the impression that you are too focused and too busy throwing down to also orchestrate my reaction and involvement on the side between licks. Seems like hard work to do that too, and Asterism is good at it, but it is a distraction from what Asterism is throwing down musically. Sorry if that's a downer, but it is how I feel about it, and I'm probably not alone in this.

Why is this crowd so weak?? It's like golf claps and the end of every song. I literally didn't even hear any actual cheering. The band is absolutely bringing it and the crowd is barely giving them anything back

スタジオ録音のミックス感を損なうどころかライブで更に昇華させるとは驚きより感動を生む。テクニック云々なんてどうでも良くてとにかく気持ちの良い音に酔いしれる♬ 中でも狂乱 Hey Kids!! は、アルバム全曲で一番好きな曲でライブでの再現性も一番危惧されるアレンジにも関わらず心底痺れる演奏に唖然としました。HAL-CAがサビに合わせて口を動かす姿に彼女の声をギタ－が歌っているとしか思えません。もう、無理って言う位のファンです。何より優先しなければならないのはライブに行かなくてはなりません(^^♪

Not allowed to cheer out loud then. I saw them twice this past November in Japan and the crowds were plenty loud.
