I'm glad I have a narrow foot because I've never had issues getting shoes that push my toes together. Though I have noticed that high heel drop shoes, like running shoes I used to wear all the time, cause me to get heel/arch pain. Ironically I think higher heel to toe drop shoes were designed for preventing heel pain by cushioning heel striking
I always walk Barefoot both indoors and outdoors as well. My Barefeet are always pitch black, Filthy and Calloused but they’re super Tough and strong too.
I think since I have wide feet... most my life I always tend to be bare foot at home and alot of the time I'd be standing on my toes and my family would tell me I'm gunna ruin my feet or toes... but I'd say my feet are the most healthy even more so then my younger siblings my feet do get dirty especially if I walk outside to take out the trash or whatever.. I also feel that since I walk on my toes I have stronger legs in general then everyone else who doesn't.. I might buy some bare foot shoes I think they will feel more natural to me since I can still seperate my toes and have pretty wide feet.. they are expensive though and I have no experience with any of the brands
Would you do a video on plantar fasciitis? I have had it for 2 years, and I have not found any permanent solutions. Thank you for all of the amazing content you produce!!!
As a beginner to running and barefoot specifically could you please make a video for how to start. Please include hip strength excercises as one of mine is weaker than the other. Thanks!!
I really want to know about feet fungus and how to cure them, why a lot of atlethes get nail fungus?? Is about the shoes, of something else about health in general.
Thanks for all this! Just got the Milo book and looking forward to digging in. Most information out there is about IT Band Pain or anterior knee pain (patella). I have a bit of IT band pain, but I also have some sharp POSTERIOR knee pain (when/after doing squats or lunges) that nobody seems to talk about. Any thoughts? I'm 48. Is this cartilage degeneration or something? What do I do?
Great video. I have a question. I've had a history of ankle sprains on the right foot. A couple of years, an arthroscopy of the ankle revealed the talus cartilage has worn off. While I'm doing my best of keep the muscles of the legs strong, yet I have some pain and the dorsiflexion of the right foot is restricted (not as great as the left one). If this is because of the cartilage issue, is there way this can be rectified? I'm 34
Can you guys do a video on your thoughts around squatting with a smith machine? The gym closest to me only has dumbbells and a smith machine and personally I have back pain so I don’t want to mess around and get hurt.
It is actually much better specifically for that purpose. Having the bar travel on a fixed path means less recruitment of the smaller stabilizer muscles and you can then load up more weight while targeting the major muscle groups. Win-win.
What if my feet is aligned when in a base, bipedal position however when flex my toes, especially during propiocetive exercises, they flex inward? What shouls someone do? I feel this is relevant because when my big toe flexes inward, i lose is arch support, making my foot/ankle overpronated.
I was born with bunions; I know I know it’s not hereditary. But it was in my case. Is there anyway to strengthen the muscles in my foot. Seeing as I was born with them though. I don’t experience any troubles other than being a kid and having growing feet. Unimportant info but I played soccer for 23 years.
Slightly off topic. Being born with bunions may be a possibility, but have you ever considered if you were just wearing narrow tipped shoes as an infant, never fully allowing proper foot development from an early age? I'm just curious
So many claims made in this video with absolutely no good evidence to justify it. No reason to have to have such rigid rules for healthy feet. Ridiculous and you’re just brainstorming random barriers for people.
This channel is the best thing you happen to UA-cam since the play button.
AGREED!!!
Content like this & the Andrew Huberman podcast are the reason I still pay for UA-cam premium.

i absolutely hate feet. can't stand the sight of them.... but this video is quite informative and useful and i watched it all lol
One of the best channels on youtube 👍 Been learning from Squat U for years
What are some exercises to fix the imbalance of the flexor and extensor tendon that causes hammer toe?
Glad i always had the habit of being barefoot in my house, never took care of my feet but somehow they are pretty good according to this!
I always walk Barefoot both indoors and outdoors as well.

Thanks! I am 5/5.

You are the best Sir.
I love this channel. Great info!
Can you make a video on how to fix hammer toes? Feels like a very common issue!
personally,I think people should venture Into t rading since the economic meltdown, having one stream of ìncome is not really a good idea.
I have heard a lot about nvestments with Mrs PatienceRubyor
And how good she is, please how safe are the pr0fits?
I’m very glad I stumbled on this today writing to her now. Really hope she can help me
When someone is straight forward at what he or she does people will always speak for them
Most time having knowledge or insight about a particular activity can as well be a pleasing exercise.
Done been br0ke but when I tried trading on my own it only left me chasing Shadows.....to much pr0crastination .I think is the right time for me .

he has a few on his channel if you filter/skim it!
I had it for a year, and it finally got fixed by PT: ultrasound therapy, scraping (Graston technique), and exercises

Great channel, helped me greatly with my deadlift. As a Chiropodist (podiatrist)I enjoy your perspective on foot and lower extremety biomechanics.
Would appreaciate a video about high foot arc. Can anything be done about it?
I've been wearing crocs for 6 years I was afraid I'd have hammer toes lmao but no I'm good 😂
Also muscle. I think my plantar fasciitis comes from lack of muscle because I passed all the 5 tests you propose
Ok, no bullshit. What foot-shaped shoe would you recommend?? And what about Xeros...??🤔
*Foot fetishists have entered the chat*
😋
what the fuck
what helps get rid of hammertoes? what exercises?
Good healthy habit I do after work I take my shoes and socks off. Barefoot, no socks.
I also walk Barefoot indoors and Outdoors ! Barefeet rock!
I'll never wear the bro chuck Taylor's ever again. Vivobarefoot all the way!!
shoe recommendations?
What causes excessive bulk in the lower calf and ankle region resulting in a cylindrical untapered lower leg? how can it be countered?
Any recommendations on if a client/patient is unable to splay the toes of their nondominant foot other than the great toe?
I really want to know about feet fungus and how to cure them, why a lot of atlethes get nail fungus?? Is about the shoes, of something else about health in general.
But what to do if you have all those problems?
So what do you do if your ankle isn’t stacked?
My foot rolls outwards when going into a squat causing my toe to lift up

Stop getting old...as older person myself, I strongly advise against it!🤣✌🏼🤙🏼
ayo can you make a video about club foot
What about Tailors Bunions ?
I have number 2 not how do i increase strength in the foot?
Great video. I have a question.

I've the same issue and working on tibial rotation

And because of that, my knee follows the foot, going valgus
