Nida Yasir I am an ardent fan of your show. This vlog was interesting and the message that being health conscious is good thing is truly welcome. I just had a few observations which if I may be permitted to say which is that you can use grapeseed oil too which is very low in calories for your salads and to make it interesting you could switch it up a bit by adding sun flower seeds, dried cranberries and walnuts. Try this out. And one later thing. Please when you go shopping avoid spreading your hands on the glass window of the meat section. Not hygienic as other customers also do that and that's how germs spread. Do not hold meat with your bare hands. Others have done it too. Not acceptable. We cannot do that here in the US. It is just an observation. If I have overstepped my bounds then you can overlook this. But Nida and Yasir Nawaz you are a very good team. Will watch your vlogs and shows always.
