Two of the best and most attractive leading men ever. Very sad that Common has left. He and Anson together were very powerful. I really miss the dynamic between them and between 'Elam and Eva'. I also love Psalms. Glad we are seeing more of him.
Anson is so intelligent and deep and Common is such a humble, down to earth and friendly guy. These two dudes are awesome and their chemistry on screen really shows. I came to this show late and just got done binge watching it and I must say, it's one of the best shows I've ever seen. In my top 5 shows of all time, and I have really good taste so that's saying something, lol.

@@brucelee9941 I NEVER watch westerns or shows set in the 19th century. I am surprised by how good it is and how much I like it and how I never heard about it until I accidentally found it. Well, I accidentally saw Anson as Captain Pike and loved that and did a search for what else he was in and that's how I found it.

I was so excited from week to week when the next Episode's would drop on AMC. I had to wait like every one else did to watch the new Episode from week to week. I love Anson Mount. . .
Anson completely stone-faced: He is the most magnificent person I know. He lights up the world. His soul is glorious and I want to bask in his radiance.
Mr. Anson looks badass just like in real life gunslinger C.Bohannon especially those fearful stares 😂💯 Common is so humble and friendly liked him their chemistry seems so warm
I'm so happy I recently discovered this show on netflix. Excellent acting, beautiful sets, and I'm learning some things about a piece of history. It's amazing how much goes into a show like this. Incredible talent. ❤️
Feb. 25-27, 2016. I'm a very busy person but when I found this Movie on Netflix, I couldn't stop watching it. I'd watch it from morning through the wee hours of the morning & I completely watched Seasons 1-4 in THREE DAYS! If I had something to do, I rushed through it just so I can continue watching the movie. If I had somewhere to go, I made sure when I get back home, the first thing I do is get back to watching the Episodes. I love this Western movie so much. I've watched most of all the "behind the scenes" & I just love it too! Makes me get to know the Characters out of their Actor roles. Does anyone know if Season 5 is already out or has it shown already? While watching the Seasons, I kept dreading it coming to an end & I was so happy to see that there's a Season 5 & I can't wait to continue watching this Movie. It's Outstanding! I love most of the Characters but the one I hated the most until I saw him during the Premier & Interview is Shievs, you know that Imposter Bishop? Yeah, every time the scene comes on him, I just wanna hate him with a passion! I thank AMC, the Cast & Crew of "Hell On Wheels", & Everyone who took part in making this great movie. Thank You for this Wonderful Entertainment & keeping my life busy for those past 3 days.~~~Sherlock

SPOILER JUST IN CASE YOU HAVEN’T SEEN IT YET: I hated the way Elam went out. It seemed undignified for such a great character. And their wasn’t even any setup to it. He finally shows up again and then dies.
I don't see what his bloodline has to do with anything. I don't think he is racist. He and common have a good friendship and work well together. Anson has even said common is his favorite person he ever worked with. Also, don't think because he had a relative from long ago who served in the civil war reflects on how he views a particular race of people. He said in another interview that he attend that college in the south where he from because his father went there.
That was pretty odd that Anson Mount took out his cell phone towards the end of the interview. Maybe he lost interest in the interview after the interviewer called the show "Hells on Wheels"
They are all excellent actors, but I would have liked to see an interview with “the Swede”. He is/was one of the scariest, most menacing villains I’ve ever seen.
idk what is going on in this interview with Anson. Normally in interviews he is sitting up straighter and more involved in interviews. In this one he was the opposite with messing with his cell and not even speaking with head down toward the end.

What in the hell does that have to do with anything? The past is the past. Hell, my family could have owned slaves for all I know. But you know what? It's the past. Why can't anyone let that go? And it's also kinda weird that you know about his...bloodline.
Based on what? You've given absolutely no proof to a single thing you have said. And then you defend yourself with "Oh well, I don't know what he's like in real life!" Then why the hell are you sitting there judging the guy like you know him?! A lot of whites from the South were not slave owners. They were tailors or coal miners or hell, most Irish immigrants worked in the field WITH the slaves and lived in the same conditions. But if you actually watched the show you'd know that.
I can't believe anyone thinks Anson's behavior in this interview is bad ass. It's rude. Inconsiderate of the host, of Common, and of the audience. What a jerk. If he had an important message to read, he should have excused himself for a moment, and then continued the interview when he was done.

+northofyou33 Take into consideration, their interviewer was not in the room with them, so there was a camera there and no person to answer to. That has to be uncomfortable to begin with. Anson does not like praise, it makes him uncomfortable. You also don't know what he might have been dealing with during this time. Maybe he just needed sleep.
I agree with you. I can't stand when people constantly fiddle with their phones instead of paying attention to the people in the room. That being said, it seems to me like he was incredibly uncomfortable with the entire interview. A lot of people mess with their phone when they're uncomfortable or nervous. It's weird, I know, but I see it a lot.
Hell on Wheels is one of those rare shows that's actually good and worth watching all the way through.
