I too have just purchased your Legend 13" A spring shocks, and the Trike Lift to go along with them. As previously stated, these items are not cheap, and I am hoping they will actuall improve my ride in a way I can see. Do they come pre set (loaded), or do I have to figure this out for myself. I will be installing everything, as I have been turing wrenches for 30 years. Bought a 2021 holdover Tri Glide Ultra in Venom Green and really want to make it a comfortable ride for long haul trips.
Hello, we would just recommend you connect with our Customer Service/Tech department to ensure you purchased the correct items for this machine, there have been a few changes to Tri-Glides between shock lengths and lift kits brackets as well. The install guides are straight forward. They essentially come preset for right about the 200lb weight range, however, we ALWAYS have the rider(s) sit on the bike and double check correct suspension sag after install, this is the A1 most important part of the install process is setting them up correct from the get-go. There is a lot of personal preference in suspension or what is considered comfort, after reading the install guide, if you still have any setup question, we recommend contacting our Customer Service Dept. Service@legendsuspensions.com or we have a live chat feature on our website, and it will let you instantly chat with them, they can call you if needed as well. Thank you for your business and please reach out with us directly with any questions.
We thank you kindly for your business and we truly feel they will drastically change the performance and comfort of the machine, please be sure to read the install guide or make sure the shop gets them setup correctly for you and you should have a great ride!

Personally i am not a fan of Legend, I put the Legend Revo A on my 2021 Street Glide and while they were an improvement over stock, they were not worth the price. My wife just got back into riding and picked up a 2009 Tri Glide and looking to replace the shocks but i wont be looking at Legend, maybe i will see if i can swap out the Revo A from my Street Glide to her Tri Glide and get myself some Ohlins
Hello- Sorry to hear the Revo-A's didn't work for you. It sounds like you may have needed some additional setup or tuning to get them to your liking. Our Customer Service would be more than happy to help you do that. We offer length and spring rate conversions so if you want them setup differently for your bike we can help. If you are in fact looking to put them on your wife's Tri-Glide, because we offer alterations. We can make them a 13" (If they are not) and add the correct spring rate for the Tri-Glide, you will just want to make sure the suspension sag is set correctly for her on that Trike. We offer a Live chat feature on our site where you can speak with a tech directly and they can call you if needed, or you can email service@legendsuspensions.com. We also offer under our "support" tag, a place where you can complete a rebuild/conversion form and they can get you a return authorization number for them to come in. We generally have a 5 day turn around time from when they ship to when you get them back. Please reach out directly if you have any other questions so we can get you taken care of. Your shock setup, spring rate or length may just not be idea for your preference, and it is worth looking into. We know you paid good money for your product, and we ask for the ability to make sure you are happy.
