If I had the time, I would do all my home improvement myself in Thailand. I once had kitchen built in while I was away and instead of getting a modern kitchen like I said, I got a Thai kitchen with a gas burner and a hole in the wall for ventilation. I wasn't pleased at all, needless to say😅
Bro you are so right, somethings I try to do on my own since I don't have a lot of time i must hire out the job, but yes if you are not there to supervise things will not be as you wish. I just had a room added to the inside of the house and they put the door in the wrong place 😮💨

I'm moving there once I finish up here in Jordan, the other places are for rent, just getting them ready for folks to move in. Jen, I and the Pups will move to the house maybe mom too.
