I can’t believe ています form has a deeper meaning and lots of nuances that a lot of other channels do not dive into teaching. This is hard to explain but you did it in simplest way possible and I thank you so much for this, sensei. I am already in n4 but I still wait for your uploads because I know you still have a lot of things to cover that I do not know of. I’m so glad to have found your channel. Kodus to you!

It says "I live in Tokto since last summer", but it should be "I live in Japan since last summer"

    Please help me with this.
    1. May I sit here (koko ni suwate mo idesika) 2. Can I eat here ( koko de tabete mo idesika?). My question is why are we using the particle ''ni'' in the first sentence while in the second sentence, we are using ''de''?

      1. "here" is like object
I went to Tokyo. (watasi ha Tokyo ni ikimasita.)
      2 "here" is like modifier
I sleep at home. (watasi ha ie de nemasu.)
