JAMESTOWN, CALIFORNIA - RAIL TOWN 1897 STATE HISTORIC PARK - Steam Train Ride Experience

That's right! Today I'm in my element visiting the Jamestown Rail Town 1897 State Historic Park and we have tickets for the 12:00pm steam engine locomotive train ride experience. This is not only a historic train, it is also quite famous whether you realize it or not, you've probably seen it featured in television and motion pictures alike, like in Back to the Future III for example, most of the famous train scenes from that movie were filmed here.
They also have one of the only remaining full functioning steam engine locomotive round houses in California and IT IS AWESOME!

This has to be my very favorite video you have ever produced. The music was right on....through out the show. Bob and I took that ride about 5 years ago, and I think my most Favorite part of all was the roundhouse! I could have stayed in there all day just looking over every inch of that roundhouse!
One thing I spotted was a velocipede. The San Joaquin & Eastern Railroad had a velocipede at Shaver Crossing at the commissary and I still have the 8x10 photo of it. Pretty cool Greg, just keep popping out these Vanlife touring episodes, and WE THE PEOPLE WILL WATCH! 🏞😎
