whats up bro! Nice run, but as you know, its a matter of time before those jumps break stuff. Looks like 2 for 2 this time. Considering the jumps your damage was minimal, good job!
I have the inferno neo buggy with the .21 engine. I also find that the warmer she gets the more ferocious the power becomes. Love you your videos mate 👍
@@NitroMike I'm in oz bro. I have been running it rich for the last 3litres of 20percent fuel and just started leaning her out. Obviously the tune changes everyday down to humidity and and temp. But everytime I take it out she fucking screams. So glad I got back into nitro rc. I tried the lipo rc route 2 years ago and couldn't get my head around it. I can run my nitro all day, get the noise and smell. Lipo sucks
Nice filming by the camera man👍👍 You should have your shocks positioned more straight up and down for jumping, you can take that piece out and reposition your shocks to be more up and down instead of on an angle when you go to the skate park. You just need to learn how to set up your suspension for the type of driving you are doing other than that it was some good ripping 👍👍
@@NitroMike possibly it did but also now you know how to avoid it in future, Kyosho are strong and make good plastic. I have 4 Kyosho ST truggies 2 original Tiger Flare ST's, 1 like yours that has never been run and also 1 ST-RR Evo 2. You can't beat Kyosho 😉
@@nitrorcenthusiast5663 Considering how this modified LRP 32X still runs on a bonestock rtr chassis with stock driveline it is insane that my diffs are still fine
@@NitroMike have you put the extra 2 planetary gears and pin in your diffs? It's a good upgrade and makes the diffs bulletproof and the same as the racing kits. The thing I like about Kyosho is they use a lot of the same parts that they put in their racing kits and same material for plastics. Kyosho don't compromise on quality
Hi NitroMike. Can you tell me what engine mounts you are using? I bought the Kyosho ST chassis and LRP zr28 engine, but the Kyosho engine mount is too small - the pull starter takes up too much space. I do not know what to do.
@@NitroMike I can't buy second startbox, because of the epidemic, I lost my job and I need to save money. The engine mount would be the cheapest and convenient at this point. I have 3 crazy engines for my buggy so this one could be a slower workhorse for my truggy (but dont worry - backplate is already waiting in my drawer for better days :> ). On the grass, I will not hit the maximum speed anyway :P
Hi I have a trophy truggy and I can get it running well with plenty of smoke and good top speed and acceleration and to idle on start up howitzer after I accelerate and let off the throttle if I do not blip the throttle the engine will die after about 3 seconds. any solution or help would be appreciated :(
Nitro Mike I have good acceleration with lots of low end smoke although the wheels do spin when at idle / possibly lean out the low end needle and lower idle speed ?
@@whereswilly6780 You can also determine if the lowspeed is rich or lean by how responsive or snappy the engine response to throttle input. If it takes a while for the engine to catch up with the servo speed you are too rich if it is instant but you still can't idle or the idle rises after a while you might be too lean on the low speed
Nitro Mike perfect thank you for you help. I think I’m running too rich I’m scared to run too lean :/ are the factory settings for my car needles all flush plz ? And my car is response to throttle when the cars already moving but not when from stand still
@@whereswilly6780 that means you have a low speed that's waay to rich. I will send you a link to the best nitro tuning video ever that has also helped me tremendously

I still don't know why that specific part broke. I do know that it is time to upgrade that to metal!
A big thank you to both the brother and dad of the guy that drove the HPI Trophy 4.6 for filming us!
You're LRP is a beast great videos keep them coming stay safe
Good vid man it's always nice to see the truggy!
Awesome jumps and Wheelies the car looks really good and fast keep up the good work mate

Thanks man! Be sure to warm it up to 200F before tuning because it leans out the hotter it gets

I would put a backplate on the LRP .28 and get a startbox since the stock engine mounts are set up for startbox useage

48T

Yeah and it shares parts with the Inferno ST RR race kit

If it stall when you let go of throttle you either have an idle that's too low, a rich low speed needle or a lean low speed needle

Those are T-pirate tires from Louise
