The best things about the old chang'e is that, even tho she didn't have any dash/escape skill, she had her stuns to keep the enemy at Bay. not to mention that she can spam her second early game, and if you farm properly you can release an endless number of second skills that has terrifying damage in late game. Meta assassin's like Gus,Lance,hc can easily pass through your teams Frontline and reach you at the back, and with no escape skill your pretty much dead. The old chang'e skills were pretty much perfect, the only thing that was needed to be changed for her was the accumulation of her stacks cause it takes too long. Only those who truly know how to play chang'e will agree with what I've written here.

Oh_no_I'm_bleeding -Yummy- actually, Chang e can escape quite easily when it's one on one. Second skill will stun enemy and increase her movement speed a little. If the enemy just doesn't give up chasing u just keep using her stun(the cd is just abt 3seconds) it can deal a decent amount of damage then find the right timing to use ult and the enemy will die or maybe flee due to low hp... But if it's in team fight it's best to stay behind of the team just biubiubiu! Pretty annoying and can turn the table thanks to the cc(s)

It's funny how "Chang'e Mains' decry this when old Chang'e was too impractical to be a proper pick. Her CC's were gimmicky with pathetic range and her ult can easily be blocked by the tank/fighter. There are way better picks if you want a CC mage. This change at least gives her a focus on damage and better poking/teamfighting. At least I know I'd be building Ice Queen/Durance on her.

A lot of player dont know what is the mean of "poke". Chang'e, is one of the heroes who does. So, pair her with talisman and fleeting time. Perfect combo if you like to piss enemy off is adding winter trouncheon and necklace of durance... . Stun, unable to regen, and slow enemy. Also force enemy to be binded. . If nana is the standing stun hero, then chang'e is walking stun hero...

Not even close. Shes not gonna be good. Sure massive damage but no mobility. Harley, Kadita and Harith still will shit on her. Shes gonna be out clasped by many mages, and no mobility make her weak. Her old CC build was great she just needed an ult that actually worked.

Not even close. Shes not gonna be good. Sure massive damage but no mobility. Harley, Kadita and Harith still will shit on her. Shes gonna be out clasped by many mages, and no mobility make her weak. Her old CC build was great she just needed an ult that actually worked.
