That air con policy is crazy. Just another reason above high prices througout Phuket that i prefer Pattaya these days. Anyway as always this is Thailand (TIT)

Yes, I strongly agree, Pattaya is a lot more friendly and relaxed compared to Phuket. And surprisingly, Red Planet in Pattaya is a better hotel. No air-con issue there.
