I use a circa 1975 C21 preamp that I have had hot rodded.I have in the past owned $30k preamps, and this is at least as good. REALLY.I spent $800 on the preamp,and roughly the same again hotrodding it.
The C21 is a good (and a very neat!!) preamp indeed!
