Neo Champion Bianca 1/5 VS Palmer's Rumbling Might [Pokémon Masters EX]

This is very precise
Turn order is pretty specific, as you have to deny Empoleon from using its last turn so Cynthia could reapply zone and have Rei chunk a huge amount of Palmer's health with his B-move. Bianca is there to replace SC Steven from last time with her rebuff and her ability to give Unova Circle (Defensive), and provide physical moves up next
Other than that follow what the video did pretty much exactly. There's very little room for error. Rei most likely prefer Super Powered 3 for this clear which would make it slightly easier
Skill gears are used and 100% needed, especially for Bianca to survive as she can barely rank the sync (and even then I might got lucky with a low roll)
