Train Alone to master INSANE Dribbling Technique (Quick)

- If you are not training alone, you will not take your skills to the next level because soccer team trainings are mostly mostly focusing on tactical and fitness trainings.
If you want to improve your dribbling technique playing soccer especially, you will have to put lots of effort to take your skills to the pro level. When I learned the benefits of training alone, I always told myself, I wish I put all these efforts when I was younger. So don't be me and go out on the soccer field and work really hard to improve your dribbling technique.
The key here is to do all these 3 drills, I am showing but also paying attention to all the details I mention because these are the 3 key elements to have great dribbling technique.

I am doing juggling,wall juggling highlow juggling consistently to improve my aerial control . I am improved a lot in the drills but in games my aerial control is not improving i can control in small sided games but during 11 s i can't control when the ball is from a distance.
Because you need confidence for games! Time and playing more games will help you with that. What position do you play?

So to improve 1v1 alone I just do ball mastery drills like doing feint drill for 30s or lacroqueta for 30s but without explosiving when doing the move

To be specific I train 6 days a week with 3 days of body workout exercises and just do upper body workout and the same day I do my football training so it's a double day please what's your advice

You can not fear injury and play unfortunately. One way or another you will get injured and you need to forget about it because it will happen.
I think you are over doing the training, if you dont rest few days, you will injure yourself.
Hi I have a question, so I’ve played futsal growing up , and my ball control is quite good but when I wear cleats , my ball control becomes horrible. It’s becomes half bake for some reason . Do you have any idea why that is ?
Hello, ball is different, It is usually not as bouncy. Plus I find cleats make things challenging too. So your cushion effect needs to be much smoother.
