400g of cottage cheese or homogenized cheese
3 eggs
2 cups of flour
1/2 cup of powdered sugar
1 package (16g) of vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of baking powder
pinch of salt
frying oil
