Great review, I have had one now for 2 weeks, and works really well, only issue I have is that even though it is able to connect to Garmin, it doesnt show you any of the data from Garmin like average heart rate or even add the steps that you had taken when going for a run with your garmin watch, it just names the workout and gives a duration which is a bit fustrating. Hopefully they will resolve this at some stage and possibly add strava in aswell.

Thanks for the review! This definitely convinced me to get the ring air. I see it converts your steps into approximate kilometers walked. Is there a setting to change it to miles? I prefer to count how many miles I've walked vs going based off steps alone.

Hello, thanks for the video. I actually have the sizing kit and I have to choose my size. I read online that the actual ring is slightly larger than the corresponding size of the sizing kit ring, do you know if it's true? Thanks.
In my experience, it is the same size and the sizing model reflects the true size of the actual ring
Will it get damaged if i workout (using dumbbell).

I seen in one tik tok that it can vibrate to let user know that there is a notification on the phone, but cant find information about that feature anywhere. Is it true? Im currently thinking about switching from smart watch (garmin) to ring but if the ring will not be able to let me know about notifications (notifications and steps/activites are my main interest in device) the switching will be pointless. So can the ring notify user that there is sth on their phone to check via vibration or otherway?

Smart rings are just stupid for hiit or gym atheletes. Its literally impossible to do a crossfit wod with a ring on your finger, barbells, ktb, db, pull-ups, muscle-ups, rope climb... and gym rats its impossible too
