- Hope character is one of the best to me. She's been through so much and after having her entire family sacrificing for her, she is now the one to sacrifice. I can't wait for the second season of Legacies !

I hate how she calls herself a cosmic mistake because she was the only thing in her family the wasn’t against nature’s law. I mean think about it. Esther created vampires and cursed her own children and the hallow cursed her own relatives. Hope is the only thing her family that nature wanted to happen. She is not a cosmic mistake. She is our tribrid hero and she is mikaelson and she is a Labonair but above all this, she is Hope.
I love loved how Klaus looked in pain when hope said "Then let me die" :

anyone else watch this, and along with loving hope's character and how she has survived so much in her life, also wonder why she had to survive all of this? I mean Hayley sacrificed herself in the moment because she knew she couldnt risk romans mom surviving and coming after hope again, but klaus had time to plan it. he had other choices. There was no reason, except the poetry of it all, for both him and elijah to sacrifice themselves. the real fatherly thing to do in that situation would have been for klaus to live and be there for his daughter or at least for elijah to live and be there for his niece that was basically like his daughter.

I understand why klaus did it and in my opinion, that’s how it should’ve been plus, he didn’t actually have a lot of time because hope wasn’t going to make it past her first transition as a wolf so he rushed it. He even told Caroline that somewhere hidden in some forgotten place in a forgotten language was the answer so that he could have everything he wanted but he didn’t have the time. Elijah I’m the other hand was completely stupid and should’ve stayed. Like I understand that he loves his little brother but he should’ve stayed for his niece.

@@theluckypoptart2945 she's not have her aunt and uncle they basically abandoned her they're nowhere near her at all in season 1 of Legacies there's like one phone call between hope and Freya and that was about the merge so not really her aunts and uncles and her adoptive brother basically abandoned her so she's really all alone all she has is Rick Saltzman and then friends that she just recently made
Usually people just include the screaming part, but I find her, at age 15, walking through a church while the ground is littered with the corpses of people she just killed, a lot more powerful. Especially with her child voice in the background.

My daughter deserves to be happy, I am tired and sad because the Mikaelson family lived through all their years of suffering and when they hardly found a spark of happiness, someone came and broke it.

I cant get over the fact that she lost her parents and Elijah. I mean, I wish we had some relationship development with young adult Hope and them, something different than season 5 of The Originals. However, she's one of the best lead character ever in my opinion. I could definitely follow her life for 10 seasons

ik this is old, but i hate how everyone in legacies depends on hope. I mean yeah she always saves the day but if they asked her to help and she made one little mistake it would be her fault. Like she can't always save the day even if she is the loophole. And even when she sacrificed her whole life to save all her friends and the WORLD. Nobody except Lizzie came up to her and thanked her. They only got mad at her because she thought she was doing the right thing by not going back to the school and getting everyones memories back. Don't get me wrong I love the show with all my heart but i feel like everyone is so selfish they can't even thank hope once.

I feel like hope and rafel should end up together. Landon holds back hope. The show is about Landon problems and hope fixing them.
