    This was a good tutorial. I can get lost in all of the talk about anatomy and movement but when you demonstrate the rounding of the back and point out that that is what you're trying to do as opposed to collapsing between the shoulderblades, then I understand what you're talking about :-)

    Thanks for this video! I guess i found such a perfect guide! Despite the fact that there are a lot of videos on the same topic your explanation is one of the best. Pls upload more videos. I personally would like to see guidance on Mayurasana since im working on it at the moment. Namaste!

      Elly Elena is love to do a video on that thank you! Watch my other video "the key to all arm balances" For Mayurasana if you combine the tips in this video and that video you'll be right on track.
      1. Round your spine as much as possible
      2. Elbows as low as possible and in fairly tight to the body(shoulder blades will automatically protract).
      3. Lean forward till legs become light
