  • Aynakoji is a quiet introverted character who will do anything to blend in but as the show progresses he becomes the mastermind of his class and influences all major decisions so while you don't want to be like him in every way he does have three habits that you can steal from him to command respect in your own life.

    Let's be clear on something here: "idea inception", i.e. "manipulation", really only works on people who are predisposed to trust you, or at least see you as an acquaintance. You cannot make a connection with someone who isn't willing to connect, and trying to force it will make you look fake. If you need to convince someone who is primed to reject you or, even worse, ignore you completely, you are better off approaching the problem ENTIRELY from their end as opposed to finding common ground because, again, they don't care about you specifically.
    That means asking open-ended questions that cannot be answered with a yes or no statement. For the example in question, Suzune could have asked "What frustrated you enough to convince you that the sports day isn't worth your time anymore?" or "You were so excited for sports day; what went wrong?" It's important to then not say anything until the other person stops talking and then spin their words into more open-ended questions until you have enough information to make a proposal that the person will interpret as favorable.

      That's a really insightful comment Josh!
      You're right about being predisposed to trusting, that can be done by building some rapport early in the interaction or in this case, being somewhat friendly.
      Yes, in general its very hard to convince someone who isn't willing. Open ended questions are great to learn about what they really want which will make it easier to talk to them in terms of their needs.
      Thanks for watching :)

      not exactly. in case of johan from monster, manipulation is often an art. watch how johan manipulates the detective. . they ar3e not acquainted in the least.the detective doesnt know him as well. It is just that johan knows manipulation holistically. coerced manipulation, the lalent form of manipulation done on one's you're acquainted to or the most lethal one, the one where the subject knows he is being manipulated and also knows a way out yet, he just can't i.e manipulation through persona. You can see this in politics all the time.

      Also the other party has to be intelligent enough to construct your ideas in their own mind. Sudo wouldn't be able to understand anything when Ayanokoji would tell him about the missing cameras.

    • @lazywizart
      @lazywizart Рік тому +2

      Hmm.. I think "manipulation" can also work on someone who has some kind of near motive or goal to work on. For example, if u were told to bring something from a general store nearby by your mom, then the first thing in ur mind would be 'can't someone else do it for me ?'. And if ur brother asks u for something that can be done in easier or made to look easier, then u would gladly drop the work on him. In a way ur brother manipulated u. If u have enough information on a certain person, then even if ur a stranger, as long as that work of goal can be completed, the person will do anything as long as u "make" the work look easier than his/her goal. There are not one but multiple ways in which u can manipulate a human brain. Lying to someone is also something u can use for manipulation. Hope it helps ! :)

    I think "idea inception" is one of the easiest ways to get ur work done. Because as long as u have enough information about someone (which can also be attained through simple observation), then u can have ur work done by them without u having to even make a move. U can just control everything through shadows and everything can still work out as planned. Other methods needs some degree of work or exposure in order to get ur stuff done. But nothing can be easier than to have someone else do it for u.
