great video, very informative. I have been debating buying a kit to be able to make these from signgeer, but i dont think i need to after seeing this. I currently outsource sign trays. Btw, you are able to go and fit signs etc during lockdown provided your following distancing guidlines. I did a fitting last week and have another next week.
I build in isolation. I did need help with fitting. How've we traveled separately and kept at a distance when fitting. Customer wasn't on site. Was in and out in 35 minutes
Brilliant video 👍. I’m currently debating wether to make my own tray or not. I do vinyl printing and flat signs but never done these. I’m thinking of giving it a go for my own sign and was just wondering when you’re doing backlit trays how do you keep the electrics dry? Do you have a back piece with returns and then screw the two together? Essentially creating an encased unit? Many thanks
Brilliant Video... of what you can do in house .....and the pic of the install ....and finished job...............do yourself a favor and remove the wanna be friends comment as i dont think they have your channel in their best interest ............and i do sir............ thats like someone asked us when we were at at school "wanna be friends" what you do is good and it will get a grip and traction viewer wise
Great video , like how you've used a hand Router with a V groove bit , but i wondered why you've not had it CNCed like you did with the letters with the V grooved tool Also not to criticise but when you do or if you do another video put your iphone or camera Phone Landscape that way it will fill out the width and you will get a more wide angled view of what your videoing
This is a great video. I'm hoping to make some tray signs soon. Could you make a video on applying large rolls of vinyl to a sign? I'm doing it by hand and having a few problems with the edges not sticking down and getting a few creases in the middle of the sign. I'm also having trouble layering vinyl to create a shadow effect on text, do you have any tips for this? Thanks.
Hi what is the thickness of the ACP you use in this vid? And what is the minimum thickness you would recommend? Is it a V-bit or is it a \_/ bit shape, thank you for sharing the knowledge dude, subbed
This is exactly what I need to do, thanks for the explanation!

It's a great to hear you enjoyed the video. Are you applying pre-weeded vinyl to your signs?

Perfect solution compared to the normal return joints at the 90°
Have you thought about using a track saw as well? I wonder which process is better/faster, any thoughts??
Nice video
What plunger router and bit did you use?
really helpful vid.. btw how deep the v grove should go?
about 3/4 through the middle plastic layer
hi Mac.
what router but would you use .
just the standard V bit?
How did you cut those letters out? Did you use the router as well?
Sri work h
Oh you did not show the installation process😳😳😩😩😩😩😃😃
Do you install using another aluminium angle? Just wandering.
Cool video.
Hi, how wide does the rail have to be to do the folding?
What was the angle of the V bit?
Assuming that you had the lettering cut by a CNC, why wouldnt you get them to v groove for you and save a heap of time
i wondered that then it was obvious
I really enjoyed the video.i appreciate, would love to have a direct contact
Please
You left out 85% of the process.
Nice video.. I would just add some "silicone" glue to the sides. No rivets .
