I downloaded the app and program 2 weeks ago. The layout is super user friendly, and programming is great! I feel like I’m getting quality coaching everyday! Thanks for creating this app. 🙏
@Juggernaut Training Systems and can u please tell me if I can add the lemght of my workouts. My son will only lift forabout an hour or a little longer but not 2 hours.
@Juggernaut Training Systems been asking this question for ever. Lol. Can I adjust the lenght of my workouts??? My son won't work for 2 hours or me and don't wanna workout and not finish assign workout.
Nice! Any chance of integration with Whoop in order to measure strain/recovery to factor that into the program dynamically (ie. reality vs projected) ?
In the future, yes. Currently Strain does not adequately account for Strength Training to be a valuable metric for us. Fwiw, recovery questionnaires, like what we use have a lot of efficacy for accurate readiness measurements in studies.
Hey Christian, areas where rest periods are significant to training effect, they'll be outlined. Otherwise, just rest as needed to do the prescribed work (probably 2-4 minutes between strength exercises and 30-90 sec b/t accessories).
Hey Chad, love the content and the App. I come from a lifting background and now well Into my blue belt at BJJ. Do you think it’s kind of stupid to be simultaneously trying to hit gym PRs and also progress at Jiu Jitsu? I’m rolling 4 times a week and lifting 3 and I keep getting run down/injured and performance is inconsistent to say the least. I’m making some progress in my front squat and ohp but I’m beaten up all the time. Do you have any markers for how strong you should be for BJJ, like for now I’m trying to front 150kg and ohp 100kg but tbh does any of this really help my BJJ. I don’t know anymore, the best guys at my club don’t even lift. Thanks man 👊🏼
My son is 19 years old and does jujita 2x a week but his main purpose is lifting. He just wants to get lean and toned. He has some bodyfat. He wants to lift for overall strwnght and fitness. He is also doing yoga 2x aweek for now. Will this app help him with that?

Love to hear it. You’re welcome
This is so awesome! I’ve been looking for something like this for years! Thank you so much for creating this program.
You’re welcome
Thank you for doing the video. It was super informative and cleared some questions about on how to input some of the info into the app.
Glad it was helpful.
just got the bjj app and its awesome. App is really easy to use and i like the way its all laid out
Thank you!
The app looks incredible and this video is a great breakdown for ease of use.
Thank you
Nice exercises!
Need alternatives for med ball throw exercises. I'm lifting in a garage in Canadian winter.
Explosive exercises like KB/DB Swings or Snatches are good options.
Great video! After doing a 6 week programe, can you simply restart the same programe after a short deload week? Or would you recommend something else?
It will prompt you of which program to do next.
@@JuggernautTrainingSystems oh great! and I'm assuming the app tells you how long to rest between sets?
Where can I see more actual workouts to decide if I want the bjj one or the regular one?
There is a 1 week free trial at www.juggernautbjj.app/ and 2 week free trial at www.juggernautai.app/
@@JuggernautTrainingSystems do I have to enter my card info for the free trials?
@Juggernaut Training Systems and can u please tell me if I can add the lemght of my workouts. My son will only lift forabout an hour or a little longer but not 2 hours.
Yes, that is controlled by the payment processor, we don't have control of that.

Yes but he may prefer the JuggernautAI App
Somebody told me this workouts are like 2 hours long. Lol
He won't like that.
The volume is individualized for each user so workout length will vary a lot from user to user.
That app is dope mane
Thank you
Metric or Standard Baaahahahaha
