all the places I work at, there's not really anywhere to change, so I always get socks, under armour leggings on, jock strap on, pants on, belt on with ball bags if on the plate, under armour compression shirt on, and head to the ballpark already half dressed. When I arrive, it's a quick jump into plate shoes, shin guards, chest protector, then whichever uniform shirt or jacket, hat, mask, and accessories and ready to go.
