I like the net working on getting one when they come back in stock , loving all whisker Seeker Tackle
We use to filet them, and leave skin on the filet.
Cut into stripes long way with the stripes, and double it over where the hook goes through that way it has more to hold onto the hook if you get short strikes from smaller.
Generally don't have to worry about those, and you could catch larger white bass, large mouth, hybrids walleye, and of course any of the three with whiskers.
Oh and down here, alligator gar for sure.
Catching any day day or night,everyday of the week, and if you happen to double up on any given Sunday.

Enjoyed the video. I Haven’t caught a catfish in the last two weeks. I was hoping it would pick up since the river water is back up. I am using white perch as bait. After watching the video, I’m going to try shrimp on one rod and see what happens.

Went out yesterday just ahead of some big storms and fished around a marina and some docks, got nothing but baby small mouth in the .5-2lb range. Not too bad when bobber fishing with crawlers. No walters or chans though.

I bought the 400 model reel that you use and I love it. Someone stole my pole out my truck the other day so I had to build a new 1 so I bought the reel you use and a medium mad cat rod and it is now my favorite combo I have. But you bump fish alot and I've never tried that before. Can you bump from the bank or does that only work from a boat?
Where do you find those shears at Spencer? I have the rapala shears and I'm not a fan, too big and come apart too easily. I'd like to get a couple of those if I could. Another great video bud!

Has one tried boilies for cats. I catch channels and blues, all the time fishing with various flavored boilies while I primarily fish for carp. Yellow seems to work the best at my locale. I've watched you for a couple of years and I don't recall you ever using them. What is your experiences, if any, with this type of bait and rig setup?

Nothing wrong with channel cats. WV state record has been broken a few times the past couple of years. Someone just caught a 46+ pound one near Huntington this summer.
