yes it is against Discord tos but i haven't heard any case that a user got banned because of it
@@Kazama_911 I've heard of one. But that's basically because a dude was bragging about being able to see hidden channels with SCREENSHOTS so not only did he get banned from the servers, he also got banned from discord
