Just put the canister in the freezer for a few min and they will fill all the way without letting air out...also let out any residual pressure before the freezer
When I smoked cigs and drank Mountain Dew they never messed with me. Was only 155 pounds back then (4+ years ago). Stopped all that and 200 pounds now and they eat me alive.

What do you mean put a groove in it?
Just cut a line across the outlet. If not added the fuel outlet will bottom out and nothing will come out.

Any brand will work with the line cut across the adapter outlet tip. You just have to find the one with the right circumference.
