Tell maumau lemon juice swil around the mouth and then spit. Works better than milk but it's not nice, but since he's lactose intolerant it will help him.
I love Angel’s slap of the chili flakes 😂 I have to say it is borderline a crime to waste that beautiful T-bone on this, though. This was a job for a Select grade family pack 😛
MauMau with the straight up Chad move eating the steak straight off the bone after with no hesitation and not even flinching. This man has gone even further beyond.
just so you know there is a 3xhot version of those noodles now. i dont notice much difference between 2x and 3x but they are def hotter than the hot one. im glad they also taste nice as well as being hot!
Guga, try dry aging with banana ketchup. It tastes a lot better and it's not too acidic compared to a traditional tomato ketchup. You can buy it at any Filipino grocery store.
Aussie here, love the channel guys. I'd love you guys to dry age a steak and do other experiments with Vegemite. A lot of chefs use Vegemite to add a beefy taste to their meals.
Oh man, we need to have Guga on Hot Ones someday. Hot Ones has done great on getting big A-lister celebs on their channel but they shouldn't forget their UA-cam roots and it'd be awesome to have some foodies/YT cooks appear on their channel, including our boy Guga.
Hot damm! This was the funniest video i ever seen from you guys, Mau Mau came back like a beast haha. Also, Guga's and Angel's reactions to him going for the bones were so good i couldnt stop laughing haha. And Guga winks with the eyebrows saying "you guys can handle a little spicy" that was the greatest trolling moment i ever seen hahaha
For my brithday last year my older brother got me the Hot One's sauces for that season, including The Last Dab: Apollo. For my Christmas party, I marinated wings & drumsticks in 14 different sauces, one of them was the last dab. It was sooooo hot but really tasty! Oddly fruity. My brother and I ate all the last dab chickens while everyone else watched with their mouths burning 🤣
I hear ya , Vanessa.I bought lots of the Hot One's sauces, including 'The Last Dab' as I love to cook and eat spicy foods. This was a year ago, and oddly enough, the bottle of the last dab is the only one left. A little goes a LONG way with that sauce lol.
I didn't realize that those noodles were supposed to be super spicy.... I mean, they are hot, but when I can find them at the store, I've been eating them as my morning breakfast. I didn't know people had been eating them as a challenge noodle! Lol
This is a great idea but maybe try and experiment with the last step and see how much is enough to add flavor and spice without being so painful. I have often wondered about taking advantage of the potency of the sauce but the quantity needed to give even more flavor and spice without causing ridiculous pain. Maybe making a side dish that has rancher blue cheese in it that will help cool down the spice? Blue cheese mashed potatoes? I love the last dab and usually just use a teaspoon in making marinara, but of course I am making a lot of marinara to feed a large family pasta. :-) sometimes I use a quarter teaspoon to make a spicy barbecue sauce since a little does go a long way. How about it Guga? Think you can make a spicy steak out of that sauce that actually will make people want to eat more? You think you can make a spicy steak that you can actually enjoy yourself? I think that would be a great challenge. Just look at the ingredients of the last dab and see what else it has other than the peppers so if it can better inform your decisions. Look forward to the video!
I've been curious to try the hot ones sauce especially that dab sauce. I have tried many brands and love extreme spice....besides making my own salsa my 2 favorites out of everything I've tried are from the ass kickin brand and their ghost pepper and carolina reaper sauce, both of those are fantastic flavor and I alternate between these 2 more than any other sauce. I'm pretty sure I would have ate that steak just like Maumau!
Yeah, if that's your go to spice sauce (the two you listed) you can most definitely handle the hot ones last dab sauce. Once you're into reapers, the only way up is with extracts.
@@MrAlwaysRight I have experienced losing the mucus liner in my stomach it was like having a gigantic ulcer and was the most excruciating pain I have ever had in my life and the only thing I could tolerate to consume was a vegetable bullion broth till it healed. It was from making a powder from the peppers after drying them out foil wrapped and baking in the sun. I made a salsa with it and a marinade for a beef jerky batch that nobody could tolerate to eat, it was pure torture. I also made a mistake by putting the powder in a plastic zip lock bag, it disintegrated the bag except for the zip lock seal part was the only thing left sitting on the pile of powder. Good times!
Love ya Guga, but you said adding these together “should make it spicier.” Scoville heat units don’t stack. If you add one really hot sauce to another sauce, while it will likely be hot for a normal person, it doesn’t get hotter. You’re diluting whichever the hotter sauce is with something less spicy.
Hey Guga, thanks for your great videos. After watching your videos, I have three requests for future videos: - Please try some other cattle breeds than wagyu and American beef. - How do you clean all your pans and other cooking ustensils so they continue to be so shiny ? - Please cook a foie gras in a terrine using sous vide. And yes I'll repeat those requests often. ;)
That would legitmately hurt someone... As in it could straight up close off airways. It would be like eating bear spray. Pure capsaicin is considered a weapon for a damn reason...
Hi Guga ! First : big respect to the spice warrior Maumau :) You always use garlic powder to season your steak, but I was wondering if it would not be better to use other garlic seasoning like fresh garlic, garlic paste or some kind of garlic compound better ? Would you make a video about testing different kind of garlic seasoning to find out the best way ?
Raw Garlic isn't used during Immersion Cooking because it doesn't cook at lower temperatures and depending on how low you go can also cause botulism bacteria spores to form.
Yo Guga! I tried something weird today and would like to see your take on it. It was a beer batter fried burger. I beer battered two 1/4 pound patties and used them as the buns then added some lettuce, tomato, barbecue sauce and melted beer cheese. I basically just seared the burgers in a frying pan for 1 minute per side then let it cool on a pan in the freezer for about 5-10 minutes so I could coat in beer batter and fries it at 350 for 6 minutes. It was really juicy and pretty good. The breading didn't end up as crunchy as I had imagined but it was good.
There’s a Cambodian marinade/flavor bomb called kroeung. It’s made from lemongrass, shallots, galangal, garlic, and kaffir lime leaves. It’s very aromatic and I’d think it would make a good dry age experiment. You can buy it premade but making it yourself is also extremely easy.
The heat isn't what bothers me, I enjoy that. It's the pain the next day, I literally had tears running down my face on the toilet after eating the last dab.
I eat those Korean noodles for lunch whenever my wife feels like making something simple. That might explain why I can pretty easily tolerate using the Last Dab as a hot sauce in a breakfast dish. I love spicy food.
I just made hot sauce at home with Red jalapeno, habanero, onions and garlic. Roasted everything, blended then let to sit in the fridge so everything sets in. Now that is a hot sauce. Guga, Marinade a sauce in that :)
MAU MAI GUGA FOODS SPICE KING!!! This doesn’t mean everyone should come in and “try” to beat MAU MAU, he’s just very good at taking heat now!!!! Perfect character development
I would have mixed the hot sauce with brown sugar and tried to make a glaze/bark out of it with the fire. That would make it less hot, cut the vinegar taste, and add some texture to the meat.

Hey Guga. Please dry age using ropa vieja but turn it into a paste!

Where’s Maumau by the way?
Guga would look so weird with hair. I'm sure back in the day he had some, but he wasn't making videos yet
Hey Guga, it's just me again asking you to do an experiment with chamoy.
Maumau devouring that steak right off the bone is a GOAT move.
Maumau, said my spicy steak is like candy!! WTF 😳😩🥺
True
I’m just a young Mexican trying to make it out the hood. I smoke weed on my UA-cam channel as my job 😈☝️
@@SousVideEverything Guga you should try dry ageing and deep drying with bone marrow, it will be the ultimate experiment!

Maumau is back! I have missed seeing you on this channel please don't leave!
Although I don't think he'll be back for a while because of all that milk 🤣
I think this is why he hasn’t been in the videos recently. 🤣
I missed him too!
Came here to say that
He’s probably gonna take off again after this experience lol
It was nice to see Maumau feels like it has been a while since he’s been on a video.
Mau Mau with the greatest comeback to a channel ever. What a legend.
Angel, now it's your turn again. Don't let Guga get away wirh this
Bang mouldi sama irwan kapan mau nyobain?
We won't have another vid from guga😔
This is what Angel gets for leaving Gugas cast iron outside in the rain.
All three of them recovered really quickly though. They all no joke can take the spice.
I agree I would be struggling to sit up straight leaking out tears and saliva
Quickly? If you notice the milk, it was full when angel took it, by the end of the video its empty. Nah it took some time lol

I'll be honest if he was in pain, he did not look like he was much in pain! Maumau is a badass!
Absolutely the BEST VIDEO YET !!!! love you guys !!
As someone who can handle spicy foods, I would love to have those sauces. I drooled throughout the video.
